Oh dear I'm an emotional disaster zone tonight, just watched last night Glee and bawled my eyes out lol. Bring on Biggest Loser, cos I generally wah at that too.
 
The Terror Tot - Little E - butter wouldn't melt :) Aunty Sal taught her to swish her hair like the Pantene advert, Cat Deely has nothing on my baby's swish lol.

I've had to really drag my a$$ out of bed this morning :( I'm soo tired. Didn't sleep well last night, think it was because if the wind, there's been things rattling around next doors garden all night. And when I did finally get to sleep I had my recurring dream about looking for something in a hotel! It's never the same place but always a hotel, and I never know what it is I'm looking for!!! Weird !!

I started the Operation Showgirl diary exactly 1 year ago today and I weighed exactly 1lb less. I find that completely spooky!!! So I'm pretty much back where I started :( so I figure why not have the same goals, go over the same ground (hopefully for the last time!!!) So here is what I put that day in my diary exactly one year ago: the only thing that'll be different is that there's no Vegas trip to look forward to, but then again no pressure......

Here's the entry from that day!!
"Mini Goals

1/ Make it through day 1 100% SS:woohoo:
2/ Make it into ketosis
3/ Get through week 1:party0011:
4/ Have a decent loss at Weigh In

5/ Got to the gym at least twice a week :whacky068:

Big Goals

1/ Get to target of 12st by my birthday (31st May) on CD

2/ Stay at target and perhaps get to 11st 7lbs doing SW to maintain :scale:
3/ Feel fab and thin for the big trip.:airplane:

On Friday I will weigh and measure myself, so that I know exactly what I'm deeling with. And I'll update it on here :character00148:.

At this moment in time I am:
14st 2lb or 198lbs :eek:

Meaning I have 33lbs to lose. I can't bear to update my ticker to reflect this :cry: so it'll just have to stay where it is until I catch up to it again.

just catching up. usually spend an evening reading diaries etc but was so tired last night. i can hardly keep my eyes open now.

ems has swimming at 4pm then i'll race back to the house, do the tea, or put it on and then get changed for zumba. am going to wear my blue top tonight with my blue shoes. i hope they're fine. i've tried them on now and they fit. glad i ordered 2 sizes bigger. not much support around the tops as the laces don't come up as high. will see though. certainly seem more flexiable than my trainers. i can't spell today.

i'm trying to think about what i'm eating the following day as i believe that it will help me. i've not finished reading the first intro section from beck yet. a few more pages then i'll be on day 1! i'm procrastinating not reading it. need a butt kick lol :D

do you not think that it will be a motivation for you if you do update your ticker. i had to do it when i came back to cd after putting on 18lbs. it was depressing but it was nice to see if fall back down again. it might be nice to see yours fall down rather than sts until you get back to your last reading. maybe choose a new ticker to start afresh.
 
I have bravely made a new ticker, changed to reflect the extra 12lbs I have to lose! It's all up to date and correct. Roll on Sunday when it can be changed again :)

Hopefully, like Nikki said this will be motivational ticker therapy lol :D

i love the holiday feel about your new ticker. brilliant. and 31.2 bmi isn't that bad. you're closer than you think to goal. plus you're still 50lbs down :D think positively surf. you've done so well and you're just going to do even better and get those pounds flying off you.

Thanks Hun!!! I'll be much happier in a week or so once my BMI is under 30. Generally I don't put too much stock in bmi as a measurement really, I'm muscly and it doesn't take that into account. I've had my body analysis done and my fat free mass is 8st 8lbs so I'm never going to weigh that without seriously damaging my organs and losing muscle. I'm happy with my 12st target, and it's close by!! A lot closer than it was a couple of months ago.
 
Grrrrr I'm so cross with Royal Mail!!! I was due a delivery of K Cottage Pie and K Spag Bol today, according to the company it was dispatched yesterday, so should've come today.... But it hasn't arrived, that means I've had my last cottage pie :( tonight instead a of the planned spag bol :( I hope it arrives tomorrow, the thought of having no savoury is not a good one!!

Anyway if it doesn't come tomorrow I'll have to make do with my CD sweet stuff, I won't be happy but it's not worth throwing the diet for.
 
That's a pain!! I nearly cried at my CDC appointment this week as she had no tetra chocolates- I can't cope with anything else!! Luckily I had a few in the fridge and she delivered my stock yesterday- phew!!

Hope you get an early morning delivery of your goods!!

And regarding your earlier post- maybe a holiday will give u the motivation to lose the next little bit- I'm definetly up for Vegas!! :-D xx
 
a group holiday meet up now that's a super idea :)

back from zumba. sweat was dripping down my front, glistening off my collar bones :) love it. tried out my new dance shoes. they were a bit slippery :0 another 500 cals gone! total of 1200 cals burnt today. 1583 eaten though :( 350 of which was on cr*p!
 
Ha yes that would be great lol. I really wish I could afford a jollyday this year, still paying off last years Vegas trip, especially seeing as my grand plan of meeting a rich handsome American didn't quite pan out lol, neither did winning big on blackjack :(

I want a holiday!!!!! If I had my way I'd go to America EVERY SINGLE year! :D

Anyway back to reality, plan for tomorrow:

She's such a geezer bird isn't she? You can be fit and feminine still, just look at Jillian!!!

I think I have to say the K bars! The lemon crunch are delish but have citric acid BUT the Total Lemon are slightly smaller with no citric and just as tasty!! All the K bars ive tried are nice. The E bars are nice, real live choc chips in them, but they're quite dry. I like to pick the choc chips out and eat them last lol.
 
I'm having a big old sulk tonight! I have lost a stone and 2lbs since I last wore my jeans, been slobbing about in leggings or tracksuit bottoms while I've been off. Tonight I figured I'd see how my jeans fit now I've lost a stone........ and they're still as tight as ever :( I'm gutted!! My skirt that was starting to get very tight is okay now but my jeans are TIGHT!!!! one pair has been washed so that's kind of acceptable, but the other pair I bought in New York and haven't worn yet are still just as tight as they were, humph sulking big time :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(!!!!
 
yeah but you've done no exercise in the time you've been off so you can loose weight but not be as toned as you were before too. when you get back to running and zumba they'll fit as you'll be more toned. :D think positively, always think positively :D:D:D don't let it get you down!
