lol no. i got it wrong. i didn't have my phone and took a stab in the dark. a very wrong stab in the dark... my hips are actually 37in and my waist is 29in.

therefore.... 0.78 is my hip/waist thing sally.

I'm feeling a bit hungry :( but I'm going to ride it out because hunger pangs are not an emergency lol. But I think an SS+ day is in order, I'm going to have an omelette later on :D looking forward to it, but it's far too early yet.
 
hunger pangs to me are an emergency if i've been to the gym and could literally eat my own arm off on the way home. :)
 
Phew I've just been out for a little walk and it's freezing out there, glad to be back inside now. Walked my usual route quite briskly and no pain :) yay!!

Joy Bauer is another diet doctor type person, and I found that quote just as I was starting out on CD and it all felt like such a massive long journey ahead. I always felt like I failed at every diet I'd ever tried, and i was about to start on yet another so when I saw that it struck a chord with me. Boring story lol.

Mel my leg is fine, might pay for my brisk walk in the morning buy I need to start building up to real walking now.

Right plan for tomorrow:

Apple and cinnamon porridge (I found it in the cupboard yay)
Water
Banana shake
Water
K Cottage pie
Coke Zero

(if SS+ing 225g cottage cheese)

I'm going to bed to watch Shutter Island, I love that film!!! (and Leo ;))

I'm really struggling with my water today :( normally I'm pretty okay with getting water down my neck but today.... :( :( struggling :(
 
Oh dear, I feel really sick and dizzy! I don't know what's wrong with me, I probably haven't had enough water today, but I'm only a bit behind, so that shouldn't be causing it :(

I just wanted to stay in my pjs all day but I've got to go to the Docs later to pick up my last sick note. I hate feeling nauseous :(
 
Not really, I only have coffee usually and I don't think coffee will help :( I'm going to hold off on my shake until later. I wonder if the porridge didn't agree with me? It was in the sell by date though!

I feel really sorry for myself :(
 
I'd have your next shake. Could be blood sugar issue. Your body might just need some more.
 
I've had some cottage cheese and felt better for a little bit but it's the sicky feeling I hate, I'm always a bit dizzy (low blood pressure) I'll have my shake and see how I feel, failing that I'll go for a lie down.
 
I've swapped my banana shake for a plain old chocolate one, not sure I can stomach the banana one. I'm sure this'll pass I just don't cope well with feeling sick because it doesn't happen often :(

I hope you are better now. The CD porridge made me ill. I think they have a lot of malitol in them.
