I've just been swimming with my fantasmic new mp3 player!! It's fanbloodytastic!!!! I swam for an hour and a half without even realizing, I just thought I'll swim till the end of this song, oh no, the end ofvthis next one..... The only reason I'm out now is because the battery went flat. it's absolutely amazing swimming to music that you can actually hear.
I'm sure I got some right funny looks but I don't care. It's my work out and I'll look like a tit if I want to lol. Now I'm just sat in the club room with a massive coffee before my drive home. I feel nice and chilled, man I've missed this place!!!

Ha ha Mel you make me laugh when it's battery ran out it was as if mine had too, I was like "Right time to get out!" but it's the best £60 I've spent in a long time!!!! I wish they'd had these years ago when I was training for my long races in South Africa because it would've been amazing!!!
I have one complaint and that's the battery life, I charged it fully yesterday but I guess maybe they don't expect people to swim for an hour and a half lol.
My fingers are aching, I remember this from years ago, pulling through the water. I used to take salt tablets when I was younger because it eased the cramping. Can't take them at the moment on CD though.
I was hoping to bump into Nikki but I think I was too late or she was in a class lol. X

i'll be setting off from home about 3.50 to get ems to her tennis lesson for 4.15pm. i'll be the mega grumpy git who'll be wanting to murder the kid with the small tennis racquet. lol. i picked dude up about 11.20 and was probably chatting to sue as i drove out at 11.30 think i'll be late for ems.

I have had no concept of time all today. I've been in bed fir the past hour thinking it was about 10pm. I could hear next door hovering and wondered why they were hovering so late but it was only 7pm lol. So here I am, in bed early watching DVDs and it remains to be seen if I can actually move tomorrow after my massive swim.

I got it from play.com but amazon have them too. It's a speedo aquabeat. It's fab I love it!! Another minor downside is that it only plays mp3s and wma songs not iTunes ones, but I just ripped a few CDs using windows instead of iTunes so all was well. I love love love it

My friend from London just rang me to say she's home for the weekend and me and Tracey want to meet her a meal and a catch up tonight. This couldn't have happened at a better time with my AAM week cos I managed to talk her into going for a carvery, which is as CD friendly as there is, I can get turkey, veggies Yorkshire pud and roasties and leave the Yorkshire pud and roasties. It will be a good test of my Beck skills and I won't have to worry or feel guilty. Also I told Tray I'd drive so no drinkie poos for me. I feel totally in control and glad to be going out!
