Nikki i don't think im the right person to give u advice because im the same.. Im the same at the moment since going back to school on Tuesday struggled id leave home having a MAM then come lunch time im ordering school meals.. on the way home stopping off and nibbling on all sorts of snack foods.. then eating an evening meal.!just start every day with good intentions and it gets to lunch and i just can't cope any longer. today it was major kid stress and i resorted to biscuits and bread. weight is going on. been tempted by dude's cake this week so binned it, bin men came today, our bin is empty so the cake is gone. we have cupboards full of eggs that don't belong to me but i'm just so tempted and give in. where has my willpower gone? who's stolen it? going to end up fat and lumpy again! so stressed can't do it. can't cope!

No shake til 11am, next one at 2pm or 3pm after that cottage cheese salad at 6pm, last shake at 9pm. Might do shake at 6pm instead of meal. Not sure if I want an 810 or ss+ day. Think I'll play it my ear. Got Zumba dance training for an hour at 2pm.
Please let me stick to it today.
