Aww Jess what a lovely post..Hi hun, I feel a bit like that too and I'm getting angry with myself for it. We can do this though, no matter how long it takes to get there - we can all get to goal. Of course there are going to be bumps along the road, but it doesn't mean we have to turn around and go back to where we started, we carry on.

on the k diet do you know how to find out the ingredients in things? looking at the red bean chilli and wondering if it's veggie.
