I definitely have!! Ive taken myself up to bed, but I'm laid here wondering what I can eat.... But I'm full, if I eat another thing I'll be sick, and yet here I am wondering what else I can shovel in. That's just not right!! I'm not particularly bored cos I'm reading, I'm like a bloody junkie, looking for my next fix :(
 
Hehe!! I'm the same. Haven't eaten since 2, when we were at the pub. I now know it's dinner time, but am not hungry. Yet I'm still planning to eat just coz this is my last opportunity!! So annoying!!

810 and if necessary go low carb. i'm sure i'll be fine once i hit K on the 810!
 
on the k diet do you know how to find out the ingredients in things? looking at the red bean chilli and wondering if it's veggie.
 
If you choose the product you want to look at and at the bottom right it says display click on there and scroll down, it shows all the ingredients. X
 
interesting looks like the cottage pie and the chilli are made with soya and are veggie :)
 
Hi hun, I feel a bit like that too and I'm getting angry with myself for it. We can do this though, no matter how long it takes to get there - we can all get to goal. Of course there are going to be bumps along the road, but it doesn't mean we have to turn around and go back to where we started, we carry on. :)

Thank you Jess for that lovely post. I always seem to lose track of the fact that it isnt a race, and I will get there eventually. I need to get this Saturday out of the way and I'll try my hardest to get back on track again. I'm in this for the long haul it seems. Ive been overweight for 11 years a few more months isn't going to matter too much.

I started with 2 straight away on a night before bed and I've been fine on them. Try that and see how you get on, think Shanny has dropped down to 1 though.
 
I've just been for a snoop on the LL forum and noticed they've got shepherds pie, which I'm guessing is like the K cottage pie. I wonder if CD will get it at some point, it's a lot better than the soup.

Oh and Nikki the Spag Bol is soya too so that's veggie!!
 
Not bad day so far for me. Just over 1000 cals eaten. No carbs. Happy :). Now tomorrow I'll hopefully aim to be even better and closer to 810 then keep going like that. I am thinking bout my future self and wondering if my lifestyle (being a veggie) is problematic to my wellbeing!

What bout the spag of the spag Bol though. Didn't look at it cause it said spag in the title lol. Might have to get 1 of each when I get back off hols. Think a low carb cc diet might suit me better than floundering in the dark!
 
Hope you don't mind me asking but are you veggie out of principle, ie my friend won't eat things with faces, which is fine or because you don't like the taste of meat? I only ask because it's never occurred to me to think about being a veggie, although when I was doing SW I hardly ever ate meat, it was just one of this things, not a conscious choice.

You barely get any spag, it's flat too more of a noodle. It's fine though the carbs are exactly the same as the CD shakes at 14.g. I've had no bother with having it and staying in ketosis.
