Plodding on, totally off plan now boo. I'm trying to follow sw until I get back from London, then I'm still determined to get on CD 110% from 6th June!! I've ordered my K diet bits, chilli, spag Bol, cottage pie to have for my savoury, it's what keeps me going!!
 
Boo I'm cross :( I went out for a run tonight with my bro, it's about 3/4 of a mile and I had to stop halfway.... WTF??? I couldn't get control of my breathing :( my leg was great no pain at all :) , my strides were fine but my bloody breathing was all over the place. I know it's harder running outside but I didn't think it'd be that bad!!! When I'm on a treadmill my breathing is all under control and I can run for 10 minutes before the evil stitch makes me pull up but I didn't get a stitch. By the end I felt so dizzy too :( I'm not happy because I want to do C25K but at this rate I'm not sure I'll manage it... Grrrr cross :(
 
Brand-new series of BL starts tonight :D I'm only going to be a couple of weeks behind them in my journey when I start in June. I'm going to have my own personal Biggest Loser competition with just me, to keep me motivated!! Bring it on baby!!

Humph it's season 8 again not a new season but it's my favourite season!! Yay for Shay!!!

Sorry your run did not go as well as you'd hope. Maybe you would be better off running on your own and setting your pace.

I was setting the pace poor Chris didn't really get much of a workout.
 
In that case, Miss Sally... maybe you should take it bit easier next time. Ease into your running you have had a long recovery.

running with a stitch..... hold the side that hurts and breath out on the opposite leg foot fall. should help with stitches.

try not running so far or slow down. run for 5 mins then walk for 5 then run for 5 mins. you can speed train like this and it will make your endurance for slower long runs better. breathing.... make yourself breath with your feet, deliberate breathing if you like.

p.s yes, i'm back and probably a full stone heavier than when i left. food not booze cause i hardly drank in france. the price was like 5Es for a very small 15cl glass (you'll get 5 out of a bottle). very tired and feel like i'm still in the plane as i feel quite dizzy and floaty. haven't got of the loo the past 2 days. have a right tum on me! anyway got zumba dances to learn for next week!
 
I realise I've been neglecting my diary but I didn't realise how badly until just now when it was so far down my subscribed list I almost didn't find it!! I haven't been posting in it because I've been feeling like a bit of a fraud. I decided to take time off from CD to give my body a break before I start my final blitz in June! I'm not going mad on food but I haven't been good either. The lbs have piled on but I'm not too worried it just means I'll have to spend a little bit longer on CD.

In the meantime I've been talking to one of my managers at work, she lost tons on CD and has kept it off, she went to my first CDC. I asked her how she was finding maintenance. She said it was a struggle at first but then she started exercising and it's a lot easier. So I'm going to stick to my very original plan of doing minimal exercise while on SS then as soon as I'm ready to maintain I'll increase it again. If I don't I think I'll have to do an impossible amount of exercise just to try and maintain!! So I'm just going to do C25K twice a week, it's going to take me longer to complete that way but it's not going to interfere too much with my weight loss or maintenance plan.

Anyway I'm going to get Beck back out and have a read before start again, but while I'm doing CD I'm going to follow 100 Days of Weight Loss, I haven't started that yet even though I've had the app for ages.

Huh....I was going to go out and mow the lawn soon but it's just started pouring down :( the grass desperately needs cutting but everytime I decide to do it the heavens open! At least my conscience is clear!

So this is my plan: start on CD SS (using K products for savoury each day) on 6th June and continue until I'm at target, no stepping off for this occasion or that night out! It's too hard for me to keep trying to get back on plan every time. I'm not going to weigh myself for the first month, I don't want to get sidetracked or disheartened by the numbers. I'll weigh on the 6th July to check my progress.
 
i did a really good 810 day yesterday until hubby decided to cook pizza for tea at my mum's house. so had my cottage cheese salad with a bit of pizza and a rum and diet coke. not too bad. just had 2 products not 3. did a bit of zumba too. zumba is starting at the hospital on wednesday. 5.30pm, there's loads of posters up apparently. also posted on the intranet she said. hospital gym. gym is small and will got a max of 25 peeps in it.

Thanks for that Nikki, haven't seen any posters but haven't been looking lol. Didn't even know hosp had a gym. Will check it out tomorrow morning.

I've just had a thought... Instead of celebrating the lbs coming off and getting fixated on the losses, I'm going to change my focus a bit and celebrate the number of days in plan, Alcoholics Anonymous style. Celebrate the days, weeks then months on plan. Don't know if that plan will work, I just think it's unhelpful for me to get all hung up on the numbers on the scales, so long as I'm on the plan I will lose weight, so my ficus should be the plan not the scales!!
 
I'm feeling a little bit paranoid Tactless Tessie has returned to work :( she's already making me feel uncomfortable. Plus I just feel like my diary is boring, nothing really happens that's worth writing about I feel like I'm just going over the same thoughts in my head all the time :(
