Susie's 2022 campaign

Oh sweetheart :( Are you alright now? Feeling any better? Sorry to hear you were feeling rough :(

Morning all

Well I am hanging my head in shame here - I've had a rubbish couple of days, the trigger being manic amounts of stress at work.

I haven't posted on MFP because I can't face it, and today I've got a dicky tum after eating a meat burger yesterday - I don't eat much red meat and I guess it's my body's way of saying no more. Could be doing with my bed right now and it's only half ten!

Not much eating today, mostly water i think, to try and flush myself out a bit - and I'm back on it tomorrow xxx

Hey, we all have bad days! You can flick through my MFP and find quite a few! But it really does help logging it all... most of the time it's not as bad as I think it is in my head! Makes me get back on track quicker too :D

I hope you feel better soon though, having a dodgy tummy is the worst! Plain foods only!

Hope you are feeling a bit better now hun xxx

are you feeling any better susie x x

Morning lovelies

Tum is all better, thanks, and work has improved. It's always mad at the end of the academic year but I put in a few long days and got most stuff sorted.

Off to Italy on Thursday woohoo to stay with a friend and go looking at some houses, so imagine there will be a few high cal days, with prosecco and pizza on the beach scheduled :)

Glad work is a bit better hun and loving the sound of your plans in Italy :) xxx

I just got my grocery delivery and I've bought a load of pre-prepared stuff to try it until I go, in a hope that it will keep me better focused if it's already to go. Tesco has a new-ish range called My Fit Lifestyle (i think it might only be in London at the moment).

Some wasn't in stock but just tried the sweet chilli oat bakes and roasted aubergine dip - the bakes taste nice, they are sliced very thin and there ain't many of them, but good if you're keeping an eye on portion control. The dip - meh - can take it or leave it. Also got a few salads and other bits and bobs, so will let you know how they are.

Upped my cals to 1900 in MFP this morning and am vowing myself to log everything, from today.

Got my veggie tagine in the slow cooker for dinner - mmmm it smells gorgeous! :D

ohhh have a great time in italy x x :D

Morning lovelies

Despite major grazing last night and a boozy night during the week, I'm 3lbs down at WI this morning, so am very happy with that!

I think I just need to accept that slow loss is going to be so much better for me overall, so any loss will be happily accepted :D

B - Oats so simple honey and vanilla
L - Indian spiced tuna kedgeree salad - one of the Tesco meals - high cals 475 but should be filling
D - braised beef and mash
Snacks - yogurt, banana, apricots, apple, a Naked bar and some oat crisp things

Total - 1,613

I didn't say well done on the loss, which is awesome and not at all slow!!

Lovely food day. What's kedgeree?

It's like a spicy (but not hot just flavoured) rice dish with fish and eggs, like a paella but Indian. Sorta!!
