Because I want comfort food today I have made the goulash from sw mag I have added some potatoes to koon in with it as well. They can be my heb.

I'm cooking it in the oven so I don't have to watch it. I'm going to cook it a lot longer. Then if it needs thickening I will just put it on the top of the stove and leave lid thanx
OMG goulash rocks. I did use potato as a heb Just diced it in its skin and let it cook in the pan with the goulash. I made 1/2 the recipe and had it for lunch and dinner
Red days are wicked! I love them. I had a look at my old mags today and the goulash does look good. I think it might be a good dish to cook inbetween Xmas and New Yr.
Its just bloody typical isn't it. I've gone out for a meal with my brother and sister in law to Glasgow and dad's been really ill. I always phone him to check he's okay and this time I didn't. Just got home about 30 mins ago and since about 5pm he's been being sick and can't stop coughing. I'm just waiting for a doc to call me back now. Dads pissed at me coz I called them. He's got lung cancer and I am quite overprotective of him.
Thanx Sarah. The doc is coming out but says it can take anything up to 4 hours. He still lying in bed snoozing. Hopefully it will just be a 24 hour bug. Its just with the coughing
