Forgot to say before... but it's CURRY night tomorrow! Whahoo! Ate 4 of my saved points last night so now have a total of 30 to play with and I'm now thinking if worst comes to it I shall borrow from Saturday lol and eat low pt soups and veggies, no idea what wi will say on Sunday after a big curry Friday,would anybody be tempted to wi early? Then use that as this weeks wi result?
 
off for curry shortly and really looking forward to it! have decided to wi early as even though ive saved id still be going without a started and mango lassi and i love them so decided i would class this weeks loss as what i weigh today and.......i was 10st dead on!! 4 lbs down so thats me rid of the 3lb gain, knew it would have been water although i have been so good this week! felt very very good and who knows if i play my cards right i could sneak into the 9's maybe?

now that would be shocking!
 
Well done! :) Now you can enjoy the curry without worrying because that's a fantastic loss. By the time you weigh in next week it should be all out of your system.

Thanks every one, well curry was so yummy as always but blew my head off lol. Feel verybloated and uncomfortable today though so am going to get back on the wagon after a day off.

No great plans, oh is having a day with the boys so really it depends on the weather if I go out or not, don't want to trapse out in the rainbut do need a few bits.

been a little naughty this weekend and have generally eaten what i want and not pointed! eek back to it tomorrow..guess this is what wi early does to you - makes you slack and think you have extra days to get back on track!

well back on track to day after being ww awol over the weekend! really fancy some chcolate now though but the toblerone is gone! was so so yummy i may have to get another when i next go to tesco ;)

nothing exciting to report, work was a killer today as my back has been wrecking and ive been stood scrubbed and my poor backs been screaming at me :(

early night tonight me thinks x

Not been good this evening and have munched munched munched! Had 12pts left too and just haven't stopped eating since I came home from work :( totm is due and think this could be contributing to it.

Just gobbled some toast, Bombay mix and a mars ice cream- really don't even want to try and think of the points! No chance of seeing the 9's this week will probably gain :(

pity party rant over now and fingers crossed I can be good til widay on Sunday and try to halt any further damage x
 
Awww hun sorry to hear you have a fit of the munches.

Tommorow is a new day so start counting and saving as its never too late :) ..... fingers crossed when you step on the scales you get a little surprise....and a good one at that :wee:

Hey suz its deffo the totm thats making you eat allsorts!

Also cant be helping that you have back pain..nothing worse:(

Anyway dont fret too much, ive said this before but you have done amazing up till now and few tiny blow outs wont suddenly make you gain real fat,it will all be water.

I keep telling myself to stay at maintenance level you can eat another 6 points a day so no need to panic! x

Well I've tried to be good today and stay within my points so that's good. Really want to see the 9's soon, getting there for Xmas would be a brilliant present to myself.

Working tomorrow then I'm off work for a week and can't wait! My baby is 1 a week in Thursday and this time last year I was due and the monkey didn't budge for 8 more days lol
