syn free or low syn ready meals???

Well if its wholemeal breadcrumbs that's your healthy extra 60g? So no syns.
Some people use cous cous I think if you try googling slimming world scotch eggs I'm sure many versions will come up
Some people use scanbran but that's another healthy extra.
Or it may be Smash powder?

Does anyone know the syns of the hereos chocolates i no the celebrations r 2 syns each was wonderin if the hereos are the same x

I'm not sure if this has been mention before but in Morrisons they do a 'Fresh Ideas Hunter's Gammon' in their M Kitchen range. You get two gammon steaks in a pack, with cheese and bbq sauce and each serving (1 steak) is only 1/2 a sin! It is such a delicous meal and feels much more naughty than it actually is!

I cant remember exactly if its a ww pasta meal or a morrisons meal in the freezer section that is only something like 2.5 syns x

Marks and Spencer Fuller Longer do some good ones - I had the pulled ham and mustard sauce today and it was only 2.5 syns (very tasty too)
The Lochmuir Salmon are low - 1.5 syns or thereabouts (there are 2 or 3 different ones they do)
Also the duck parpadelle is only about 2 syns and the duck hoisin sauce is 3.5
Weirdly, the count on us range seems to be higher in syns . The lowest syn one there I've found is the chicken chow mein which is 4 or 4.5 (can't remember without checking)
also the sushi snack packs they do are just 1.5 syns
I quite often buy ready meals for work if I haven't been organised and cooked something (can't be doing with salads every day). There's an M&S near where I work which is really handy.

Hi, just spotted this thread and was wondering if anyone happens to know the syn values for the Sainsbury's be good to yourself range of ready meals? Think they would be good for friday nights when I can't be bothered to cook! Looking for spinach and ricotta canneloni, roasted veg lasagne, bbq pulled pork and sweetcorn rice and any others people know. Thanks so much in advance! x
