i'm sure you'll do fine Bubble! You've still been running around and getting exercise, haven't you? (Not sure, need to catch up on peoples diaries) You sound busy anyway!
I'm weighing in on Thursday, as long as I've been given the go-ahead to go back to work, as that's where my health trainer lady is... have no idea what to expect. Hopefully not a gain, but I'm still feeling fat... even since I've been doing this water and veg thing. We'll see.
Actually, yeah.... I haven't been getting as much exercise, being home from work, broken pedometer, and with the long weekend etc. Also, being told I have to stay away from work as this virus is "highly contagious" has made me want to shy away from being out in public to be honest, so i haven't done anything other than unavoidable shopping! Hopefully it will all be over tomorrow and I can get back into the swing of things.
So... food diary rules. If I remember something the next day that I didn't put in the previous days diary, am i totally obligated to confess/update my diary?? Just a hypothetical question...
Today:
B: Orange, banana, coffee milk sugar 2 syns.
L: Smoked salmon, quark, lemon & pepper on ryvita, topped with poached egg, next to a huge pile of spinach leaves (weighed out 80g) and some carrot and pepper sticks.
S: (made my salad first and then ate it as I prepped supper, too huge too bring to the table) Spinach salad with chopped satsuma, red pepper, celery, shredded carrot, cherry tomatoes, shredded babybel light and f/f dressing. Eggs baked in ham cups, SW chips, baked beans. Honkin' huge syn-free feast!!
My only bad was another Rice Krispie Square, 7 syns. Thank goodness those are gone now!!!
Still have about 200ml left before I hit 2 litres of water.
SO, so far:
Hex A; milk, one babybel
Hex B; ryvita x 2
Syns; 9
Water - 2 litres - almost!
Fruit veg - 10/10
Steps - hmm. Had a good dance in the kitchen today.
