Aww, thank you Bubble! I miss being on here too... am popping in to see how everyone is doing. I'm still not back on plan :(

I do have days when I try, and often do well during the day - but it's just been manic round here, with both kids birthdays, cakes, BBQs, days out, half term, etc. And it seems thatI've got a taste again for sweet/fat food. It's like chocolate perpetuates more chocolate. Cake and cookies perpetuate more yumminess. And I have been giving in more often during the day (ie, treats at work etc).

I weighed in yesterday for the first time in a while, and managed to stay the same, despite my evil eats of late!! Not sure how I got away with it... possibly because I've started doing the Global Corporate Challenge and am doing more walking so I can input more steps at the end of each day.

But I still feel like I'm literally snowballing out of control, getting bigger as I go, and it's an awful feeling.

So, I will try again to come back and do my food diary - hopefully the combo of that, plus more walking and my first TKD grading this weekend will help me start losing again.

Today's food, from memory:

coffee milk sugar 2 syns
slice of ham and light cow cheese (hex a)
banana, pear, black coffee
water, sparkle juice
four quarter sandwiches (all on brown bread) (hex b?) cheese/chutney, egg mayo, ham salad, mini spring roll with sweet chili sauce, fruit skewers (strawbs, kiwi, melon, grapes), flapjack, bakewell, lime slice, tea with milk, black coffee (Had a big work/lunch/meeting thing today, can you tell?) (v. ashamed of my three cakes tho )
water
pasta with veg sauce, quorn sausage.

ryvita, ham, 2 more light cows, glass of red.

Not totaling, as needless to say, I've gone way over. But will post again tomoz and hopefully get my mojo back as I don't like the direction I've been heading in!

Big hugs to you all, look forward to catching up!!
x

Hi hun! I think that you are doing the right thing staying on here with us - you can keep the damage to a minimum and when you are ready to get back on track, we will all be here waiting :)

Thanks Mandy, the support here is always great :) (Your food is looking fab BTW! )

Today have had...
Coffee milk sugar 2 syns
Banana, black coffee, water
Chicken mug shot, apple, water, black coffee
Ryvita x 3 with syn-free hummus, slice of ham, tablespoon of kids mac and cheese (dunno about 2 syns? )
Jacket potato and beans

Hi Mate
big waves you're doing great today. x

Well... I have to add on to yesterday's food, as I was up late munching yet again.

Ryvita minis
Red wine X 2
More Ryvita with about 3 light cow cheeses
Then reeeeeally wanted something sweet, but couldn't find anything! So ended up having toast with REAL butter.

So yeah, not bothering to total again.

I'm out this evening - at a hog roast - so not sure how I will hold up but we will see!

Exercise-wise, steps under 10000 for the last couple days as was at work. Hoping to make up for it today and tomoz! And tomorrow I've got my first ever TKD grading, so wish me luck!

Wow grading tomorrow. White red belt? Best of luck dont forget to grunt and make noises they like that! ;)
Making me hungry hog roast sounds great too. Have a lovely evening and dont get drunk it wont help your tkd. Rooting for you, best of luck. Xxxx

Hahaha! I will mostly be doing some " Hiay!" noises when I'm doing my thang tomorrow. But LOUD, cuz, yes, it seems they do like that, hahaha!

And um no, I'm only going for a yellow stripe on my white belt tomorrow, baby steps! Still nervous though!

Hog roast was a wash out, I'm still stuffed! There was honestly nothing there that was SW friendly - unless i had had roast pork on my plate and nothing else! Twas yummo tho.

G'night all. See you tomoz when I magically become a TKD pro!!! Hiiiii -YAAA!

Hiya Mins Gang! TKD grading yesterday was super nerve wracking - I think I did okay, but not sure. I messed up at least once.
Food yesterday was okay, but not great - not getting enough fruit and veg again.. Need to pop round the boards and catch up with everyone! :)

Ooh dont they tell you there and then if youve passed? Im so pleased youve found something you enjoy i remember your nerves when you started and now youve got your first belt! Proud of you monnbeam!:D

No they make you wait, and then post the results on the website the next day for all to see! But yes, I passed my first grading, hurrah!! Made my family proud, felt so good :) Hopefully will use this as motivation to really stick with it.

Today have had:
coffee milk sugar, water, apple
black coffee
pasta with veg sauce, poached egg
small chunk of fudge (OOPS)
sparkle juice, water, orange.
turkey chili with rice, couple bites of garlic bread
more chili
cappuccino mullerlight (YAY, I found some!)
slice of brown toast with 1 light blue cheese
red wine

water sparkle juice

Good girl, you're doing so great moonbeam. Well done on the grading too. You will keep it up, its giving you a healthy interest and time away from the family too! xxx

Morning all! Have been exhausted all week so was tested to a super-duper lie-in today, so haven't eaten anything yet today, hurrah! :eek:P
Yesterday's food:

B; coffee milk sugar, apple, Mullerlight
S; black coffee, banana
L; SW quiche, sparkle juice, alien light bar
S; black coffee, another Alpen light
D; salad, ff cottage cheese, some toast crusts

Evening, same old story. Started okay with white wine spritzer, Ryvita and syn free hummus, but moved onto handful of crisps, more wine, and a nice chunk of hubby's leftover birthday cake.

Back to square one, I'm afraid, as now very limited as to what I can wear, and my belly is causing my trousers to fold over at the top... :( does anyone else get this?? Hate it! Was a lovely evening, but now I'm angry at myself again. Must stop!

Morning mate. Hope you have a lovely week im planning on kicking butt this week, need a big loss. On it 110% :)
X

Woop woop! Go Bubble! You're an inspiration - I should be out running around the garden while my LO sleeps but I'm just so tired! So having a sneaky lie-down while I check email, etc.

Did SW curry for tea last night and lasagna for tonight, hoping yummy but syn-free comfort food will stop me from snacking.. It sort of worked last night!

Scared to go ahead and weigh in on Thursday, cuz I don't really want to know...

Wi just to draw that line mate. Comfort food sounds like a good plan. My heads spinning with faddy ideas to lose weight fast. I know really i mustnt play around with it as SW does work but im feeling desperate. Weirdo i know... x

Hi Moonbeam!

Hows things mate? Ive been SW/CC this week and Ive lost 3lb!! Im mega pleased :D

Hope your still sticking with it, and not beating yourself up. Big hugs from me. xxx

Hi everybody! I'm still here! I haven't weighed in in ages as my health trained person at work isn't always in when I am... So I think I will have to start weighing myself at Boots or something, or fork out for a proper scale! I also think I need to go back to a weekly weigh in too.
Not been good lately, too many crisps, etc about at the mo!
Have been fine today so far;

Coffee milk sugar
Orange
Brown toast, poached egg, light cow cheese
Sparkle juice
Homemade sushi for lunch
About to have a piece of fruit and cup of lady Grey tea.

Grilled pork and veg for supper, will see if I can keep myself in check this evening.

Hello again peeps... Feeling tired and sluggish today, didn't sleep long enough last night! Or the night before. Not a very happy bunny at the mo, but not exactly sure why!

Have had coffee, water and half a can of syn free ravioli today. So far.

Well today is the day... I'm getting my Nexplanon implant removed, hurrah! Since having it put in, I've had the most depressed winter I can remember having in years, have completely lost interest in the 'bedroom department' (TMi? Soz! ) and have put on ALL the weight I lost last year between July and November, nearly twenty pounds.
I know it's not fair to blame it all on the implant, but it was the one thing that changed back then - and when I started looking into it and taking to other people about it, I discovered that it seems to affect many women the same way.

Just fed up of feeling fat and crappy.

So good riddance, little implant! Ready for a new beginning!

:D

New beginning indeed. Time to look forward my lovely. Hopefully you'll be buzzing about to your old self again soon. Know wat u mean about the bedroom thing, feeling low does that but it does change i promise. Xxx
