Aw thank you :) how kind. I haven't run since my race last week n struggling to get going again, first one is done now just gotta keep going.

And its 11am on an up day and I still haven't eaten yet....

No, not worrying about how it ends up! Just gonna take as it comes. Got a wedding fair with friend today so likely to h loadsa cake :) x

Back to work tonight :-( enjoyed my time off too much. On a down today and into an up tomorrow. Wanna try keep my down day going as late as I can. Obviously if I go to bed it continues till breakfast next day but at work it changes at midnight! But means I really eat and lose 8 hours of my down day.... And I'm awake now until tomorrow night so that's a lot of eating. Gonna use porridge to get my though and go up to 800 if need be. May go make veggie soup just now ...
 
Just back from Morrisons and stocked up on plenty meals ideal for night shift. Bought those mug shots, and some new bachelors soup on trial price at 50p only 180 calories in a tin. So really I can have 4 meals tonight for only 800 calories, which is gonna b my goal till 8 tomorrow. Bit more than usual but still down day and I'm at work. And usually when at work I start eating at midnight x
 
Ok, I need to eat now. Hungry. And I gotta last the night on a down day. So better eat now to curb it x
 
Managed a good down dayx happy with that! I didn't however manage to fast beyond midnight,x hey ho. Still went from at least 10pm on Sunday till midnight Monday night so a 26 hour down day. Should have had food earlier than I did :-/ nearly spewed everywhere n almost fainted whilst dispensing medication. Not a good idea... So far having an up up day :-( -wish I was going to bed after work x
 
6am and I've eaten 1400 calories. This is gonna b some up day. Can see me in bed with no dinner tonight x
 
Lol fried egg sandwich, toast and lurpack. Tea biscuit and chocolate spread. And then Branson pickle mini cheddars....
