Home tonight! Kids now in bed I am just about to do the sane. 36hours after getting up. Back in tomorrow and then up all day. My friend was down today for lunch, and she always brings cake. And today she brought more!

Need to work out a better eating situation with work. Gonna try having my 500 calories before midnight - spaced out and then 200 calls between midnight and 8. Make my down day 700. And then start my up at 8. Need. Need. Need to get my ups under control. Can see no loss this week, awful :-(
 
Ooh dear I don't know how you do it! No way id be able to work nights, then look after kids all day AND stick to my diet! I'm sure you will find a good balance soon with spacing your calories out :)

I also need to get UD's under control. I'm just eating and eating! I am genuinely convinced I'm addicted to sugar. It's not going to average out very well over the week if I keep consuming so much...
 
Awwww I really feel for you hun, before I gave up work I used to work 3 nights a week (Nurse) did them spaced out because I never had a sitter either, you never quite catch up with your sleep I was like a zombie most of the time, thats why I gave up after my son was born 6 yrs ago, had to make lots of sacrifices finacially but looking back I don't know how I did it ??? So I really know where you are and you do spend lots of time eating because you are awake for most of the time not really sure what to suggest as I am guessing you are doing 24 hrs rather than 'days' already ??
 
I am not doing 24hours as I dunno what wud suit my days off and my days on. Any ideas? . I am gonna attempt keeping my down day going till 8 again and just use my calories more wisely. And if I am successful I can still have my weigh in tomorrow morning....

Got today's down day to go before weigh in tomorrow. On nights tonight so need to really try hard to keep to down day!

Physical overload. Dunno if it was purely Yeh complete over indulgence or that along with being awake 36 hours followed by sleeping 12 hours. I am for course telling myself it wad purely the food so to put me off doing it again.

For those who don't already know I did actual have just under 5000 calories....
 
Jo, u have me thinking. If my days run 6 till 6 I wud fuel myself up before work and I bet I cud get through my shift no bother. Wud then just need to get through the day and new up day wud start at 6. Should try this today but don't feel like eating after yesterday.

I am also a nurse and not long qualified so don't wanna lose my registration so wud also give it up. Tempted to drop my hours further though.... X
 
Still feeling mega run down :-( think I am going to change my down days to 6till6. Going to have a pasta meal with kids before work. Sure this will work.
