t2g's next step on weight loss journey...

Changing your hrs may work for you I find it all a bit confusing to be honest but Han seems to be motoring along with it and I am sure she would be able to help with working it all out x. Noooo don't give it up, I was planning on returning at some point but never did, lost my reg and now if I wanted to go back would have to redo 6mths unpaid training, couldn't afford to do that and pay for the childcare I would need, should have kept my options open but there you go you live and learn x

I kinda wish I had waited till I had my family but life events meant We decided to have our babies earlier than we originally planned. I do love my job, just not my place of work.

Anyway, so far so good as regards eating. Started my down day at 6 and I haven't yet eaten. Am getting a little hungry. But looking good :) think this might work.....

5am and that's me just eaten! So pleased :) that was me from half 5 yesterday. I def think this way of working is gonna work on night's :) got 300 calories left to go till 6pm. Thank you to you Jo for getting me to consider it :) x

It's now nearly 12 and 18hours into my down day and I've still only had 177 snack pot. And milk, say 150 calories :) BIIIIIG difference from my last night on. Not a bad down day!

well, I have done it! who wud have thought the solution to over eating would be not to eat! bizarre lol and I have been awake my usual 36 hours whilst working and the last 24 I have done on 500 calories :)

I really wanna run but weather is actual just very very awful!

and for dinner tonight I am having home made toad in the hole :) maybe lol never made homemade yorkshire pudding before

Glad to hear you're back on the ball! Good luck with the yorkies, I'm a member if the 'why make them when you can buy thrm' club, for most foods!

16 lost : 51 to goal

I know, y wud I decide to experiment after split nights and with very little sleep. The fact I went to Morrisons twice to get my required ingredients and still had to go to spar should have been enough for me to leave it till tokorrow!?

Yay I'm so glad you've sorted a pattern out that work!! :)

I hope it does work for me. Still finding it a bit complicating. Even recording it on mfp is upsetting me lol

Also, look what I just done! Go me :)

And I'm def gonna have to forget about weighing just now too I think!

Awww Allison, I am so pleased you seem to be finding a way around dreaded nights and UP and DD , did you make Toad in the Hole after, its my kids fave I always seem to make it when I am on a DD though, perhaps we shall have it this weekend yumyum x

Yes, I did make it. Hadn't anticipated how long it was gonna take to cook lol but then.brain function is def decreased! Was veeerry tasty and def worth the wait :) mash potatoes. Marrow fat peas. Plenty gravy. Although i did cheat and use packet batter.... Not even ashamed!

I hope this pattern continues too work. Happen to keep tweaking though. I'm on the verge of binning my scales, I just cannot take the plunge. Want it to b about feeling good and healthy! But in the past when not weighing I take my eyes off the goal! X

The thing is, I feel like in going onto a down in morning but I wont till tea time x

197.4 which is amazing considering I had one day at 5000 calories and my other ups at about 3000 and due to the change in my up/downs I had my up dinner last night so my weight doesn't follow a true down day. Basically, that 2lbs is true fat loss :)

Just back my run. Feels good :) just awaiting my down day dinner lol bizarre x

Woo hoo well done you xx
