T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Nope - didn't fall over, just need to work on distributing my weight evenly! Should help with back pain etc as well.

i was told to do pilates once to help with my back, that and core muscle exercises.....the thing with me is making the effort to do it, and stick with it:rolleyes:
at least you're being good on that front :)

I really enjoy it once I'm there... It's just keeping myself motivated. I've been really good recently with classes. Need to get to the gym more to keep practising my pilates form though.

B - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - soup. SW quiche. Mango and plums. Free coconut and pineapple yogurt.

D - TBC. Got a couple of things in mind (I've planned, but not sure if we'll go ahead with it!)

S - sugar snaps, tomatoes and baby carrots. Banana. Pear.

As per usual, will work syns and HEX's in during the day!

D - fish and roast veggies (golden beetroot on the menu - lovely!)

S - sugar snaps, tomatoes and baby carrots. SW quiche. The last of this weeks giant pears!

Will probably have my HEX's same as last night.
 
I can't say I've ever sniffed them... but in the interest of sharing knowledge, I'll have go this evening! Lol. I never struggle with my HEXA! I love cheese and it always goes on that.

I always remember my dad having Danish blue cheese and it smelt horrible, but tasted good:D
My HEA is generally milk or LF cream cheese with melba toasts when I do.

I drink my coffee black so don't really have milk for anything! Was majorly craving crisps at lunch time - so had a packet of Quavers (5.5)
My coffee is I drink is black, only have milk in flask to take to work, so doesn't really count as a whole HEA....

Oooo, I love the LC blue cheese! Not as good as the real thing, but still very tasty :)
 
So - triangle verdict... no real "blue" smell about them! But super tasty with marmite and smoked salmon.

D - having tuna steaks and roast veggies.

Will be having a flavoured quark (1 syn) with options (2 syns) and fresh fruit for pudding.

Total syns for the day: 8.5

That's convinced me to look out for them to try now :D
 
Thursday! Getting closer to the weekend. Feeling positive about WI tonight; hopefully I've shifted the +2 for last week and then some.

D - salmon and prawn pasta with a HEXA of cheese.

S - HEXB Alpen light bars , sugar snaps, cherry tomates and baby carrots. Mini quiches.
