I really enjoy it once I'm there... It's just keeping myself motivated. I've been really good recently with classes. Need to get to the gym more to keep practising my pilates form though.
B - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt.
L - soup. SW quiche. Mango and plums. Free coconut and pineapple yogurt.
D - TBC. Got a couple of things in mind (I've planned, but not sure if we'll go ahead with it!)
S - sugar snaps, tomatoes and baby carrots. Banana. Pear.
As per usual, will work syns and HEX's in during the day!
