Damn... forgot to book my Sunday classes until last night and Calorie Killer is now full. Guess it will be Zumba and then gym for me instead. Also booked to have my hair sorted on Sunday. And then we're off to a gig in the evening... busy weekend.

B -blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and banana with quark.

L - giant couscous and meatballs. Strawberries and mango. Free coconut and pineapple yogurt.

D - golden beetroot and butternut squash risotto.
 
It's slightly sweeter, I find. Big fan of beetroot in general, but get fed up of the "just committed murder" look that red beets give you when cooking them.

It's just some local bands - Americana and Folk mostly. Should be good.

HEXB toast with HEXA phili light, smoked salmon and Marmite.

Going to have 25g of parmesan with my risotto (5 syns)

A flavoured quark (1 syn) with Options sachet (2) and some fresh berries.

Total syns for the day -8

Then off to body conditioning and I'll probably have some fruit afterwards.

That's when it will all go to pot! I am planning on no alcohol (unless we win the 6 Nations), but will be eating lunch at the pub.

It was a fab day of rugby (and at least we beat the Welsh!) I absolutely went over my syns yesterday, but back on it today. I turned my ankle slightly, so combined with the slight hangover, giving Zumba a miss this morning.
 
The Rugby was incredible!! The England match was a nail-biter at times, they did so well. And like you said, at least we beat the Welsh! I think it was a fair result considering the Irish beat us when they played us.

Ankle is ok - I just think it would have been silly to put it through a Zumba class! (plus I had a case of tiredness that was only cured by napping until midday!)

B - I ate when I woke up at 9ish, before going back to sleep! Blueberries, banana, raspberries and strawberries with fat free Greek yogurt.

Off to get my hair done in a bit yay.

L - just a quick snack, may have something more when I get back. WW tuna (2) and phili lightest (1.5 syns) sandwich (HEXB). And some sugar snaps. yummy.

D - will be pasta bake before we go out to the gig. Using my HEXA of cheese.
 
Hair done and I am now very blonde! I love it.

Just had an Alpro after dinner (5.5 syns). I may have a chocolate bar later, haven't decided yet. Shall just see how I feel after the gig.

Woohoo won the bonus ball sweep stake at work! Loads of roll over weeks.... so I now have £104 in my sticky little mitts. (much needed to fund my bus pass - how sad!)
 
Had 2 syns worth of mayo with my dinner. Amazing - feels like forever since I had any! Going by the calculator, the trout was 1 syn (and TOTALLY worth it ) And will have an Alpro (5.5).

Total syns for the day - 8.5

I've naturally got quite dark hair and have been lightening it recently with highlights and toner. This time we went full on bleach and I am practically platinum blonde now.

Pilates was so good last night and I feel better for it this morning.

B - blueberries (absolutely giant ones! My workmates are convinced they were actually grapes), raspberries, strawberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - Jacket potato with cottage cheese. Mango. Free fruit yogurt. (just realised there's no speed in there... I do snack on it during the day though and it's just the once, so not too worried)

S - sugar snaps, cherry tomates, carrot sticks. Pear.

Not sure what I'm going to have for dinner yet... considering options!
 
D - we're going to have spinach, mushroom and red pepper cannelloni. I've been low on syns recently anyway, so will be syning the cheese on the pasta dish. Amounts to follow - but I'm thinking some cheddar and some parmesan.

And having my HEX's when I get home - HEXB toast with HEXA cheese and marmite.
 
Oh! I just realised I can actually make today a green day. Meaning both lots of cheese are a'ok! More syns for later, which is good, as I have a chocolate want.
 
Cannelloni in the oven; bit of a 'mare, because I couldn't get dried rolls, had to soften dried lasagna sheets, then roll them! Takes rather a lot of time.

Going to hate a Kit Kat chunky peanut to sort my chocolate want out - 13 syns.

May also have a flavoured quark if I'm hungry later (1 syn)

So total for the day will be either 13 or 14.
