T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Sunday and my legs are not loving yesterday's class! Not as bad as they could have been, but I can feel those squats.

B - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt.

Off to my classes in a bit and I think I'll probably have another smoked salmon omelette wrap afterwards, then head off to the shops. I've seen a few people posting about Banoffee flavour Alpen lights, so I'm on the hunt!

I was rather bambi like coming down the stairs after classes! But feel great for doing them.

Just had my smoked salmon omelette wrap (1.5 syns for a mini tub of phil lightest.

I think we're having pasta bake for dinner, so that will be my HEXA right there. Off to brave the elements and face big Tesco!

Tesco shop done! Managed to get some Hula Hoops Puft and some gingerbread man Alpro (about which I am VERY excited!)

Just home, so chilling out for a bit, then heading to the kitchen to get soup on.

Packet of cheese Hula Hoops Puft (3.5 syns)

HEXB WW wrap with WW tuna (2 syns)

Will have an Alpro after dinner (5.5)

Total syns for the day: 12.5

that omlette wrap DOES sound good!
I see that curry in the mag....it looks good...but 'green' ? :)
There's a 'paper bag' chicken i quite like the look of in that mag :)
Well done on the exercise!- squats ....- they're always a killer whenever i've attempted them!:D
gingerbread man alpro sounds different:D
I also have some hula hoops pufft- the cheese ones are lovely!

Omelette wrap is a firm favourite and will be making it again!

The curry was very green (there's a 100g of coriander in the curry paste!) - tasted super nice and there's enough left to do us another meal. We had it with the rice on the opposite page, which was amazing.

100g coriander! don't think i will then lol, not overly keen on coriander!...unless i try it and leave that bit out :D

It's the basis for the curry paste! Not really possible to leave it out in this recipe.

Monday again already... but at least it's a short week! I'm going to be as good as possible this week, because we're at my parents for the weekend and I know it will be off plan. Packing in the speed foods!

B - blueberries, banana, raspberries and strawberries with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - pasta bake (HEXA of cheese and packed full of free food!) Free coconut and pineapple yogurt. Nectarine. Plum.

D - Linda McCartney mushroom and spinach burger (1.5) with loads of roast veggies.

S - sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes and baby carrots. Banana, plum. Alpen lights x2 (HEXB) - I am a little over-excited about trying the new banoffee flavour! They were hidden at the back of a shelf in Tesco yesterday and I was quite upset when I thought they'd sold out!

Amazing Pilates class! And my legs are feeling better for it. Recommend the Linda M spinach and mushroom burgers - super tasty, especially for 1.5 syns.

Going to have some quark with options (2 syns) and fruit and an Alpen light bar (3.5) - total syns for the day 7.

will have to look into Linda M foods a bit more, only buy the red onion sausages--although bought the sausage plaits by mistake a while back still had them though, but not great.

Banoffee alpen light...interesting...any good ?:)

Banoffee alpen lights are awesome! Very sweet though.

We went to big Tesco, that's the only place that I've seen those burgers. They were awesome though and will buy them again.

sweet...i like 'sweet' :D
Will look out for both :)

Salted caramel is my favourite thing - didn't see the Options in Tesco though, so will have to keep an eye out! I rarely drink them as hot chocolate, but love them mixed through quark as a kind of chocolate mousse.

Stairs are still not my friend... Getting up them is ok, still struggling with getting down!

B - blueberries, banana, strawberries and raspberries with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - homemade super veg and bean soup. Fruit. Free coconut and pineapple yogurt.

D - the last of the prawn curry (2.5) which I think we'll have with couscous.

S - sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes, sugar snaps. More fruit. Cheesey hula hoops pufft (3.5)

Going to have a wrap for my HEXB and I think I'll have halloumi for my HEXA, with Quorn roast chicken pieces and some sweet chili sauce (1.5) mixed with quark to make a dressing.

And a gingerbread man alpro (5.5)

Total syns for the day: 13 (*subject to change, as per!)

I've got a strawberry one in the collection. I really like the mint and white chocolate ones.

Tell me about it! Feeling much better now. I've put in a leave early request at work (we've been really quiet...) so will pop to the gym if I get that. Just a light workout to keep moving.

No leave early; but not a bad thing in the long run, as it would have meant owing them more hours!

B - usual fruit with Greek yogurt.

L - soup. Melon. Free cherry yogurt.

D - think we're having some type of stir fry (veg in the fridge that needs to be used!)

S - plenty of fruit. Sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes and baby carrots.

Will have my HEXB wrap and HEXA halloumi like yesterday (it was amazing!) Will update with syns later.

Got in to work to find a little box of prosecco and box of After 8's on our desks, as we've had 8 years of continuously hitting our sevrice level.
