Bleurgh - come on white blood cells; fight whatever this damned bug is! Just need to get through today, then it's the long weekend!
B - banana, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries with quark.
L- veg soup. Melon. Free yogurt.
S - pear, plums x2, alpen light x 2 (HEXB). Sugar snaps, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes.
D - going off plan this evening and having pizza after WI. Then will be on plan tomorrow and off for the weekend.
