T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Well - today ended with me stuck at work for half an hour after my shift had finished... it's what good customer service is all about... Never mind, I am home now and tucked up in bed. Temperature is being kept down by meds, but ears are really painful - really don't want another bug this weekend.

Having fish for dinner - one of the Birdseye Inspirations char-grills (0.5) with loads of roast veg.

After 8's x 4 (8 syns)
Quark with options ( 2 syns) and fresh fruit.

Total syns for the day: 10.5
 
Bleurgh - come on white blood cells; fight whatever this damned bug is! Just need to get through today, then it's the long weekend!

B - banana, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries with quark.

L- veg soup. Melon. Free yogurt.

S - pear, plums x2, alpen light x 2 (HEXB). Sugar snaps, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes.

D - going off plan this evening and having pizza after WI. Then will be on plan tomorrow and off for the weekend.

Pizza was well and truly enjoyed, thank you! I'm going to try and be good today, before back to my parents' tomorrow. I'm hoping that my body will do what it did at Christmas and treat the couple of days of as a kick-start again.

Had a lie in this morning - woken up feeling even more full of cold and with a bit of a cough. Not impressed. Going to see how I feel and maybe pop to the gym in a bit.
 
Feeling a lot brighter after a restful morning and then a bit of retail therapy. Got some new size 14 jeans yay! Tried on a pair of 12's that fitted as well - very shocked by that!

B - omelette wrap, with smoked salmon, chives, spring onions and phili lightest (1.5 syns)

L - wrap (HEXB) with halloumi (HEXA) and sweet chili sauce (1.5 syns). Sugar snaps and cherry tomatoes. Packet of Hula Hoops Pufft (3.5) A nectarine.

Going to have fish for dinner. Baked with lots of roast veggies.

Alpro for dessert (5.5)

Total syns for the day: 13
 
That must be a good feeling fitting into the size 12s! And very motivating too :)

I'm glad you are feeling a bit better this afternoon too, it is weird how a lie in can often make us feel worse! I had one today, only an extra hour in bed, but I have been yawning all day lol.

Sizing is very odd.....i am wearing a pair of size '11' jeans! (had them years and not sure where the 11 bit comes from?
But i am in most of my 12's now there's a few that are a bit tight still, but will get there :)
A good feeling though isn't it getting into 'smaller' clothes?:)
 
Great feeling! I didn't want to spend too much, as will hopefully be in smaller ones again soon. Settled on a pair from Primark - high waisted and stonewash; they'll look really good with ballet pumps and an oversize shirt tomorrow.

We're just trying to decide which why to drive back tomorrow. The work they're doing on the trains is causing havoc on the roads as well... seems like the M25/M1 might be a bad idea if today was anything to go by.

Good gym sesh and shopping done. Think I'm going to go for a stroll in a bit, then come home and make soup for the week.

D - going Mexican style tonight! Quorn mince chili, wrapped in lettuce leaves with a selection of salads. Will have an Alpro later as well (5.5)

Total syns for the day: 10.5
 
That is a good idea for all the unwanted chocolate you have. It's good that it won't go to waste :) Looks like you have a good day planned :)
