T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

I had a whole one of the small tubs! But that was quite a big portion. I add one sachet of Options (had the popcorn one) and yesterday I used one table spoon of PB2, today I used 2. It was definitely better with Belgian chocolate, but I'm looking forward to trying with white chocolate.

And no treats planned for this weekend! Nice quiet weekend, keeping well within my syns.
 
mmmm..... may try that at the weekend , i have a tub of quark that needs to be used by mid next week sometime :)

That's the cunning plan! I am determined to see a good loss next week. I worked hard the latter half of last week to get my maintain, so with a 100%er, I should be able to pull off a good loss.

Friday! How have you taken so long to arrive at the end of a short week?!

B - blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt. A Plum

L - soup. Apple. Free blackberry yogurt.

D - Jamaican Jerk quorn with rice and peas and a big salad.

S - pears x 2, plums x 2. Carrots, sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes and radishes.
 
I'm quite looking forward to it too!

Will be about 3.5 syns for the coconut milk in the rice (as long as it hasn't gone off! Forgot it was in the fridge)

Just had my HEXB wrap with Quorn bacon and cheddar (HEXA). I also had my second HEXB as some halloumi (it was in the fridge and need to be finished; was just about to syn it when I realised I was having a green day!)
5.5 syns for an alpro later

Total syns for the day: 9
 
Great class this morning and then got some shopping done this afternoon. I was going to sort my clothes, but not really possible when my OH is here as well.

Late lunch - HEXB wrap with HEXA cheddar and burger relish (1 syn)

Had a G&(slimline)T whilst we watched the National (2.5 syns)

Dinner is going to be salad, sweet potato wedges and tuna burgers (1.5 syns of sweet chili sauce)

Alpro for pudding (5.5)

Total syns for the day: 10.5

Had a tip from someone at group about coconut milk this morning......any not used, freeze it in ice cube trays, then defrost for next time...brilliant idea i thought! :)
also someone freezes the flavoured milk that is a HEA into like mini milk lollies :)

The salmon burgers were lovely!! They are going on my list of favourites :)
 
So glad you liked them! Such a simple recipe but really tasty.

Ooo I like the idea of freezing flavoured milk. Not sure my freezer drawer would free them properly, but may have to try that.

I've hopefully got Wednesday off work, so will have a sort out then if I can. OH wasn't keen on my emptying wardrobe on top of him whilst he was trying to watch F1

Edit: for the sake of argument, going to add an additional 1.5 syns to today - I put some sweet chili in the fish cakes and will have some on the side as well. Sweet potato wedges are in the oven, looking forward to dinner now!

Brilliant classes this morning; will be feeling that tomorrow!

Need to refuel on something protein heavy when I got home, so had an omelette wrap with smoked salmon, spring onions and Phili lightest (1.5 syns)

Will have a late lunch/snack later on and get my HEXB in as a wrap with some HEXA cheddar and the last bit of Quorn bacon.

D - OH fancied stroganoff, so will be having a quorn and mushroom strog with mashed potato and roasted veg later.

Going to make some beetroot hummus this afternoon and perhaps a few other bits. Not sure yet and I have leftovers of all different sorts left for lunches this week!

Planning to have quark with options (2) and PB2 (2.5) tonight.

M&S have a sale on!?! Oooo, hopefully my local does too, I may have to try and get there mid-week on the day I finish work early :)
 
I got some sports bras ....but when on , just make me look boobless :D......one of the downsides of having kids and losing lots of weight:sigh: (they look ok in a normal bra :D)
Still i suppose it keeps them more in place when i get to exercising again :D

hah I love it! Yup, sale stuff now reduced down to the 70% off mark! Some lovely bargains to be had (sadly the trousers I got were non sale, but only £25 and they match my nails this week)

Bit late getting to this; busy busy morning. Bus went an alternative route (I still don't know why, there was no traffic we could see on the motorway)

B - had about 5 minutes to eat when I got to my desk! Blueberries, banana, strawberries and raspberries with fat free Greek yogurt. I'd eaten an Alpen light on the bus, because I was worried I wouldn't have any time (half HEXB)

L- pasta bake (HEXA of cheese)

D - TBC - probably fish?!

S - other alpen light. Celery/sugar snaps/cherry tomatoes with my beetroot hummus.
