T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Hi, hope you are having a fun weekend! And well done on the loss :) x

Sometimes we have to have the things we want :D
But it sounds like it was all fun!:D
Thai style curry sounds good - I love a thai green curry
I am just about to have my ONLY sw friendly meal of the day LOL
SW Chilli ready meal with rice and some grated cheese :)

Right! Gym done, just going to have a shower and head up to uni and get some work done for January hand-ins. Then tomorrow will be making stuff for taster on Thursday and making a start on the bits and bobs I'm making for Christmas presents.

Working on Thursday, then OH's daughter arrives on Friday!

B - blueberries, peach and strawberries with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - salad

D - free quorn sausages and mash.

Will work out syns and healthy extras later on. Let damage limitation commence...

Soy and edamame salad from M&S for lunch - it is my favourite! And having checked the syns and discovered that the dressing is only 2, I've had it with the dressing today.

Currently sat in the library surrounded by books! We've been given the broadest ever assignment - I have SO many ideas, but only 2750 words! We have to do a literature review on the future of events - I think I'm going to look at carnival and the way it is being used by governments to create social capital... Perhaps?!

Sounds an interesting Assignment?
Are you making anything interesting for Xmas presents? :)
I'm not so keen on the Strawberries at the moment now the British ones seem to have disappeared- not as tasty...

It is a really interesting piece actually, and I'm hoping to do my dissertation on something similar.

Making truffles, fudge and biscuits for Christmas - so needless to say today hasn't really been the best, surrounded by all that in the kitchen! Have kind of snacked today, rather than eating properly.

I know what you mean about the strawberries, I'm not the biggest fan of the ones that are in at the moment either.

Appointment at the hospital this morning and OH's daughter arriving from Zimbabwe, so it's all go here today! Got a gig tonight, but think I'll probably just stick to diet coke. I think we're going to the street food market for food this evening, so that won't be on plan. I'm kind of sticking to plan when I can at the moment, and feel happy with that. Let's put it this way; last nights gain was probably the excess of the week before as well!

B - blueberries, blackberries and raspberries with fat free Greek yogurt.

Got my new SW magazine to take with me whilst waiting at the hospital as well

2 lbs on isn't too bad!
it's that time of year when a lot of us are doing what we can, when we can, to stay on plan....
me too!
Hope your hospital appointment went well , and enjoy all what's going on elsewhere, busy times!

Agree with Denn! All we can do is what we can at this time of year. Hope you have had a good weekend :)

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas - we're back in Bristol after seeing both lots of family. Haven't been on plan at all and I know that I won't be until New Year. Have a lot on and it will be silly to try and stick to it, will just make the good choices when I can. We're doing an escape the room game tomorrow, which I'm really looking forward to! And then on Wednesday, my OH's daughter and I are going to Harry Potter studios. Thursday we're going to a Carnival themed NYE party! And WI is on Friday instead this week, at a new venue. So a busy week, but after that, I will be knuckling down and will mostly be up at uni trying to get my work finished.
