T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Coughed my way through a legs, bums and tums class this morning. Box squats are flipping evil! But I do feel a bit better for it.

Had an apple before I went and going to make myself a sort of fry up now - portabello mushroom, spinach, egg and smoked salmon I think. Want to have a good breakfast before I head up to uni - all the better for not snacking! I'm hoping that my flexi day yesterday will be ok and trying not to have too much dairy until this cough clears.

Will take salad for lunch and some roast potatoes and mini quiches to snack on
 
Dinner was salmon with roast veg - then we headed out for a bit of live music. It was a fundraiser/donation drive for a food bank, so all for a good cause (and I stuck to diet coke)

No A choice today- avoiding dairy! And I just had an Alpen light, which I suppose is half my B choice. Syn free, which should make up for a bit of yesterday.
 
Morning, morning. Up bright and early-ish for another long day up at uni. Be glad once everything's handed in next week and the presentation is done.

B - mushroom with spinach, fried potatoes and fried eggs.

L - salad and maybe a bit of quorn cottage pie! Noticed there's some left

D- Tuna pasta
 
STS - Tuesday was pretty excessive, so I don't mind too much.

Just had a stressful day for one reason and another - which resulted in me crying on a bus. Not my best look!

I'm all good - just feeling a bit run down. One piece of work submitted this morning, so that's a bit of weight off my mind! So not with it today... rocked up at work an hour early for a training session - good thing I only live 5 minutes walk away lol

B - fruit.

Not sure what I'll have for lunch and dinner. Have my flu jab this afternoon, so will be trying to get uni work done from home after training. Want to get second piece edited and submitted, then it's just the presentation and reflective writing to focus on.
 
Hand ins next week, then we're done for Christmas... just need to get these last few bits done then I can chill out properly.

Going to pick up a sugar thermometer this afternoon. Christmas presents this year will consist of homemade fudge and cookies I think! Cheap yet thoughtful option
 
Hey Denn! Hope you're well?

So, Friday night and yesterday didn't quite go to plan... Went to get my hair done Friday evening and ended up going to the pub. Turned into a session, catching up with people I hadn't seen for ages. Woke up on my mates sofa at 4 yesterday afternoon! Ooops. So the only thing I ate yesterday was pasta bake, but there were many alcohol syns consumed.

I had planned on spending yesterday at uni, but as that didn't happen, will go up there in a bit.

B - fruit salad. Fried potatoes and egg.
 
Yesterday wasn't really on plan either- ended up snacking again. Feeling a little bit under pressure with uni work, but need to keep food on plan!

B - frozen berries with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - prawn salad

D - I think we'll finally get around to eating trout yay
 
So so! Bit stressed with uni stuff at the moment, so haven't really been properly on plan. Just trying to be as good as possible!
 
Sometimes all we can do is be as good as possible. If that means maintaining for a while then that's ok. Better than gaining. You have done amazingly well so far, and a few weeks being good, but not necessarily fully on plan won't do you any harm. Especially with all the exercise you do :)
 
Thanks lovely. I've been cheating a fair bit, but after tomorrow's presentation (and the alcohol I plan to have after!), I will be getting back into the game.

Had a fab riding lesson tonight. Ended up having a private lesson, so worked double hard
 
It is good to have an aim for drawing the line. You will be fine, you deserve to enjoy yourself after all your hard work at Uni.
 
I got so drunk yesterday! I am not looking forward to the scales this evening... Never mind, I have worked really hard. I think we're probably going to have pizza after I get home from WI. Then back on plan tomorrow!
 
Well, by some miracle I came away with 2.5lbs off?! Bizarre, but I'll take it and run! Today has been a hungover, lazy day. Tomorrow, need to be more productive!
 
Friday! Been to the gym this morning - hadn't got food in, so had the last bit of tuna pasta for breakfast. Going to head off to Hobbycraft in a bit, then get a start on tidying/sorting the flat this afternoon.

Not sure what's on the cards food wise, so will update later
