Nope, not fully. We went for a long walk today (22 miles long!), but haven't really been on plan food wise.
 
I think the 22 mile walk will even out the food :)
 
Here's hoping! Went to go to zumba this morning, classes had all been cancelled! So I had a good session in the gym instead. Going to try and get a bit of uni work done today
 
Well done! :) All the exercise can only be a good thing! I must take a leaf out of your book. I am too bloody lazy :D

Well, we ended up having roast dinner in the pub and now we're just having a snacky off plan dinner. Never mind - will get back to it properly soon! Tomorrow will be a full day of uni work, want to get at least one piece of work done and dusted!
 
Today is not going to plan food wise, but I am making a good dent in uni work! Little steps lol
 
Well done with only a small gain. Mine was 10 pounds since the start of December with parties and Christmas so restarting as of yesterday morning.

Thanks Lucie! Hah - yes, rather a lot to read (and some of it pretty repetitive!) I'm messing about at the moment, will be properly back on plan soon, hopefully with lots of new recipes

I think the literature review's now finished - final reading after work tomorrow morning, just to check it over. Then have two viva's to prepare for and a report due next week. Then term starts again! Be easier once I'm back into a routine and OH is back at work as well
 
Ready to face the scales tonight; pretty sure it's going to be a gain, but that's ok. Went to the gym yesterday and this afternoon, then back to plan 100% from tomorrow. Actually looking forward to it and have lots of ideas for meals! Also want to use my fancy new 7 in 1 pressure cooker that my parents got me for Christmas.

Just had an email to say that my viva exam tomorrow has been cancelled, so might take myself off for a nice walk somewhere instead. Will see what the weather's up to
 
Yup, as expected, 6lbs on. Was expecting something around that mark. New start from tomorrow! Decided that I'll gym in the morning then head up to uni and make a start on some more work
 
So today didn't start completely on plan; I had to finish off the pizza from last night. But everything else will be from now on! Determined to at least make a dent in that 6lb gain. Gym done and powerplate. Started a bit late, because there were bits and bobs I wanted to get sorted. Picked up salad stuff and prawns, so will take salad and fruit to uni with me when I head up in a bit.
