T_T's (hopefully!) dimishing returns!

Thanks Mini. I've explained things to my consultant, and agreed that at the moment, it's just about getting through things and eating when I can. I'm at my placement from 11-2ish, then I want to go up to uni and get some more work done for my lit review.

B - cinnamon pear "coatmeal" (HEXB1)

L - veggie mince and lentils with salad.

D -TBC

Hiya Denn - apparently not much, you only need one! But it should help lower my blood pressure, and hopefully I'll be less tired and in less pain with my back!

Your're right, it would definitely be rude to of ignored the custard tart! And well done on the 0.5lb off :)

Hope you have had a good weekend! The weather has been amazing!

I have had a lovely, but off plan weekend. Chilling out, catching up with friends, drinking far too much, and eating really good food! Back to it tomorrow

Sounds like my kind of weekend! Hope you have had a good day :) x

I got plenty of reading done up at uni, and we hopefully have a new flat (subject to references) AND I got my results back from my exam, with a result of 77. So a good day (apart from food, which wasn't really on plan at all)

Anything over a 70 is a distinction at Masters level, so, yup, pretty darn good! I'm struggling with food at the moment, I don't have much appetite, so have to eat when I feel like it. Apparently it's all kidney related. I am on the list now, so will have to wait and see when I'm going into hospital.

B - managed my HEXB of oatmeal and some fruit. Probably won't eat again until dinner now

D - superfood 'couscous' with roasted veg and salmon.

I've snacked on bits and bobs during the day. Want to get WI out of the way, then try and be back on plan properly

So last nights weigh in was the kick up the bum that I needed to get me back on plan and stop using food to feel better! 6lbs on - line is now drawn.
I think I may find it easier to stick to EE at the moment, but not sure yet. Will do planning over the weekend.

B - carrot 'coatmeal' with cinnamon pears.

Best made plans... Tonight is a one off. It won't be crazy, but it is the night market and the sun's shining!

Don't worry about the 6lbs, you will easily lose it again :) Sometimes a big gain is a blessing in disguise, as it gives us that kick to get back on track.

Hope you have had a good weekend :)

Hey Caz, that's what I'm hoping! The last two days haven't really been on plan. But this morning has started well, and I can't see any reason for it to go off track! Part of me wants to take a bit of a break from SW to deal with everything else, but at the same time, I know that it is doing me good going to group and talking to people every week!

SW works for you, and you have always found group to be beneficial. So at least sticking with going to group could be what you need in the long term. Even if you have the occasional gain, you will know where you are, and it should hopefully prevent any gains becoming a regular thing. You have a lot going on at the moment, be kind to yourself, and do what is right for you.

Thanks, Caz. I need to find out what that looks like right now!

Had a lovely walk in the sun around the harbour. Stopped off for a couple of drinks, which will be my syns for the day. Now having a late lunch. Food, however, is all looking good.

B - (HEXB) carrot oatmeal with pears and cinnamon

L - cottage cheese, beetroot and smoked salmon (weird, but I love it!) And my HEXA of cheddar.

D - going to be a potato, egg and green bean curry with quorn chicken.

You'll work it out hun.

Sounds like you have had a lovely day, and I like the sound of your weird lunch!

Beetroot and cottage cheese is one of my fav combinations, and I absolutely love hot smoked salmon. Plus it is dead easy! And got to watch some of the highlights of the gymnastics as well
