the assistants are evil there though! i lost my card which was issued to me when i was in my teens so well over 10 years ago and they made such a fuss last time i went there! not worth it! i'll be up my parents at some point over the wkend anyway hun so i'll either log on tmrw or sunday to see your result. fingers and toes crossed for a loss! xx

ooo just had my pizza and for the first time in ever, i actually left 2 slices! i normally force myself to finish the whole meal but i left them there and gave them away to my colleague before i could pick on them again! although its an up day im still trying to train myself to not stuff my face unncessarily so im pleased i managed that! saying that ive just finished off the last slice of my homemade cheesecake now lol!! it did have reduced fat cheese in it though so i can still polish my halo tonight haha! x
 
on a down day today because im having yummy sunday dinner tmrw. bit hard having a DD on a saturday but trying to keep myself busy! watching paralympics on telly and my friend is popping up to watch x factor tonight. may even go to bed by 9.30 if im craving food to keep within my calorie count! so far ive had around 300 cals so only 200 left, may just fill up on weetabix or buy some more mikados as im in a picky mood for food today so that might help curb cravings if i have 10 of them instead of a small meal in one go!

got a night out planned in september now so have a few weeks to get into the 8s and start getting into shape more. left the exercise last week as i was half busy half lazy so will pick that up again tomorrow and do a full 30 mins kettlebells on the dvd. my aim is to start an exercise routine on my ups and only weigh once a week from now on so thats my september challenge! x

hey hun! had a lovely up day yesterday, really pigged out and ive only gained 1lb this morning so am happy with that! got a DD today to get weight back down but its my TOTM this week so not sure what my final result will be. have also challenged myself to not weigh until friday too but cant see that happening! x

Im DD to we can struggle together!!! Oh god i couldnt wait that long for a weigh lol!! I wish i could weigh every 14days or so.... Bit ocd on the scales tho!!
Need to have tomoro as a DD too - need to switch my days around so i can eat on my birthday (sunday) but saying that i bet il need to eat saturday night too as i think in my drunken state on saturday i mentioned to some friends to come round for chinese and wine lol!! :O

lol im terrible on the scales, i weighed about 5 times last night as it was going up and down from 9.2 and 6ounces to 9.3 but every time i was having a pee it would go back down so i ended up weighing every time i went to the toilet, talk about obsessed!! i need help i think! i weighed at 9.1 this morn so if i havea good down day today and a normal up tmrw im hoping i'll be on target for a loss this week! xx

I wana real low DD today under 300cals as i know theres a chance i could do over 500 tomoro with doing 2 in a row!! Lol! Id love love to lose 2lbs this week taking me to 11st 10 thats the aim!!!! As theres a good chance next week i may not lose due to quite a lot going on! Xx

yeah thats the only problem with having 2 downs in a row, you dont tend to have 2 500 ones, you always want one to be lower than that other! im weighing on friday so will be having weds and thurs as DDs so thurs will be a proper low DD for me, will try and just have 200-300 cals, probably end up living off mikados again! defo need to start eating more fruit!! xx
 
Well im already up to 212 cals grrr lol!!! I'll prob have a cuppa soup now for tea so that'll bring me up to about 260-270 and hopefully stop there! X

ive had around 450 cals already :(:( i had a chicken mayo sandwich for lunch but have had loads of mikados! they are supposed to be helping me with 11 cals per stick but i keep eating my way through the packs! i'll just have to have a really early night now! x

And I've just had a packet of Hula Hoops which jumped into my mouth ..... eek! :eek:
