Taking the plunge!

looking forward to my spag bol tonight, have had a chicken mayo sandwich for lunch, half a tube of rolos and a bag of wotsits! will be doing some kettlebells while the bolognese sauce is simmering too, need to do something i feel like a blob at the mo with no exercise! have got a night out planned at end of sept so am going to devise an exercise plan to get as trim and toned as poss by then as im going out with skinny friends xx :jelous:
 
feeling like poo today :( had my spag bol last night but didnt have a particularly high cal day, around 1700ish but ive gained 2lbs this morning :( had really hoped i was on course for another loss this week but im feeling huge after the food last night! i hope its just coz i ate pasta which bloats me and it was quite late on so maybe it'll take longer to disappear! having a DD today to balance back. x
 
awww babes im hopign its just the pasta :( i had a peek at the scales this morning and im up 2lbs also :( FML xxxx

Dont fret hun!! U know this diet is so weird with reguards to weight gain, you'll be about 3lbs down after today!! I dunno about u... But coming over from vlcd i only feel 'normal' when i feel empty (DD) or feel starving hungry, i hate the way i feel now with food inside of me :( i think cd has a lot to answer for psycologically....?! I got to admit i feel slightly guilty for being so full up with food!! Lol xx
 
yeah i know the feeling i dont really like it at all that stuffed feeling you get and im struggling with my up day calories too :(

Dont worry about it UP day WIs are just weird.... I have had 4 UP days in a row and am now about 4.6lb higher than WI a week ago..... oooops.
 
thanks for the replies guys! im terrible for weighing though, its an obsession! im determined to try and weigh once a week after this weeks official weigh in though, will take those batteries out of the scales!

feeling a bit better now, been very busy interviewing this morning so havent thought about food and have just had a couple of belvita biscuits for lunch so will have something small tonight for dinner and make that it for my DD. am having 2 dds in a row due to weekend shuffle with up days so hoping for a tidy loss by friday morning! be very annoyed if i dont lost at least 1 poxy pound! xx
 
hey hun! what did u eat?? my DD was ok after, i walked up to my mothers last night so got a bit of exercise and stuck to my 500 cals. having another DD today tho but i always find the 2nd one in a row isnt as bad as the 1st! already had 2 belvita biscuits tho! think i'll make up some sugar free jelly when i get home to curb the cravings! are you on a DD today too? xx
 
aaaa im starving! on my 2nd DD today and really want food! my own fault for eating all my biscuits this morning! i ate 6 belvita biscuits totalling 336cals so havent got many left! thinking of having 2 weight watchers sausages for tea tonight as they are only 60 cals and maybe some sugar free jelly for dessert! cant wait for my up day! x

I really fancied turkey drummers lol!! So had those with curly fries and salad, it was the fries that made me feel yuk - so greasey bleeurgh!! Im not doin too bad today - wana stay under 300 if poss so that i can go up to 5/600 tomoro, so got 100 left for today!! ........ X

there's good you are hun staying under 300 cals! im on 336 cals already but coz ive had 2 DDs in a row i do always have my 2 lots of 500, i find it way too hard otherwise! i love turkey drummers, havent had them in years! think i'll have the WW sausages tnite now though then make that it for the night, need to power through as my weigh in is tomorrow and i want to hit the 9st mark to get to my pre-juddd weight! xx
