Some dinners planned for the week:

BBQ pork with sweet potato mash
Prawn n avocado salad
Chicken ceaser salad
Chilli
Prawn sticky stir fry
Fishcakes, jacket n veg

Yummmmm
 
I've had some sweets and I'm having red wine tonight, I'm going to put all my weeklies in so then I don't have any spare on my tracker to use x

I've really over-pointed but if they're on my app trscker, ill use them. At least if they've gone it can be a 26 point day sun-thurs. I'd love a STS. I'm going to go gym quite a bit this week as I've totally indulged, thurs fri and sat hahaha x

Drank sooooo much! I have seriously over indulged this week!!! That it and I'm bloody glad hahaha. It's mad how you want to get back to normal after a few days off plan.

Having tea and 2 toast =7

Had a sneaky weigh and it said 10st 7, which is a 2lb gain on evening weight so I could have put on up to 5lbs!!! Sun-thurs to get some off now!!! X
 
NO dnt weigh urself!! especially not after a few days off lol!

i weighed my self a few weeks ago then broke my scales :( i was so upset coz they were gawjus becky thought it was a good thing lol!
dnt go on them untl thursday i bet u have NO WAY put 5lb on huni

Hahaha I remember the broken scales incident!!! I wouldn't normally weigh but I feel like it won't seem as bad on Thursday now, kinda preparing myself for the gain! I had Italian thurs, Indian fri, wine wine wine on sat! Honestly, 5lbs is probably about right!!! X

I've gone wayyyy over again today. Last day off, last day of birthday weekend! Oh well, back to normality tomoz!

2 toast n lurpak with a tea

Skinny mocha

Quarter pounder with cheese meal at McDonald's (large) with a diet coke obvs haha

Cheese n salad cream sandwich, yogurt, 3 Jaffa cakes, 3 milk tray

FAT COW x
