Went kettle yesterday. I'm finding I'm needing to eat more in my exercise days than 26pp so what I'm going to do from Thursday is allow myself more every day and use less at weekends on crap! I have one more night out on Friday before Xmas and after that, I'm doing a health kick challenge till Xmas.
This morning: tea and 2 toast = 7
Do some form of exercise every day and eat really really healthy x
