Morning!

Went kettle yesterday. I'm finding I'm needing to eat more in my exercise days than 26pp so what I'm going to do from Thursday is allow myself more every day and use less at weekends on crap! I have one more night out on Friday before Xmas and after that, I'm doing a health kick challenge till Xmas.
This morning: tea and 2 toast = 7
 
And dinner is a prawn n avocado salad =6


So that leaves 13PP for the day. Doing another class tonight which will earn me 10AP x

Do you eat your activity points? I earned 11pp for my 9 mile walk yesterday but I didn't eat them. x

Think I'll be trying 30 day shred although in the past I haven't gotten very far!!
 
Ahh yeah I heard the shred was good.

Haven't been on much, since my birthday I've not really been on plan. I've worked out t gym but eaten over my points. I always write the week off when I know I shouldn't! It's because I had such a food and drink packed weekend!
Ill start afresh on Thursday and I'm ready to accept whatever the scales throw at me!!!
