ProPoints Tano's back...

Just taken my measurements and they're up on last time I took them. Just goes to show it's the exercise that makes the difference to inches hahaha x

Morning

I literally can't wait until my weeklies start again tomorrow!!! I need the fresh start after weigh in too!
Tea and 2 toast this morning =7

Lunch: tomato soup =6
Harvest bar =3

Dinner: fishcake, jkt n veg = 15

Total =31pp

Gym again tonight = 10AP
 
I love the fact that you might have a bad week points wise but you always pull it back after you've been weighed which is something I really struggle to do

If I've had a bad week I can't even face the scales and then it's a slippery down hill slope!

I can learn a lot from you! x

Ahhhh you're so sweet! I'm the same in that I write off the whole week tho haha! In my head I'm just thinking "oh f*** it, it's gonna be a gain so start again next week" I really need my weeklies so I can eat more on exercise days. I'm so hungry at the moment! X
 
Great attitude x I always look forward to getting my weeklies back!!! Even if I don't use I know they are there x

Ok so tomorrow... Day one of health kick

Breakfast: 2 Ryvita n lurpak light=4
Water

Lunch: boiled egg salad
Lettuce/toms/2 large eggs/ salad cream =7
2 Ryvita OR a protein shake if I go gym =2

Dinner: sticky prawn stir fry with chilli noodles

Water all day!!! No fizzy no coffee no tea!!!

health kick sounds good. i dont hava a gym membership but want one. i didnt drink tea for 6 weeks at the start but i was freezing one day and had one. now im on 1 a day x
