ProPoints Tano's back...

I'm feeling gooooood today!!! My weight loss last night has definitely given me a bit of a boost! I'm really hurting from gym so I'm changing my plan about a bit.
Today's food:
2 golden syrup weetabix n skimmed milk (7PP)

Tuna salad (rocket/spinach/tuna/balsamic vinegar/cherry tomatoes) (3PP)
Natural yogurt (2PP)

Salmon in garlic butter (8PP)
Broccoli & mange tout (FREE)
Baked sweet potato and butter (6PP)

26PP
No exercise!!! :)- rest day

I'm having a low carb/ low fat whey protein. It's delish as well, mint choc chip flavour ;)

I do a real variation at the gym: I did a core strength circuit on weds and last night I did an hour weight class, focusing on legs and shoulders. I was doing another core circuit tonight but I'm having a PT on Saturday with free weights so today is definitely my rest day hahaha x
 
seems good. didn't know if you were doing just weights or cardio as well. it used to kill but I did a body part a day and but the end of the week I felt dead Haha keep it up xxx

Hahahaha yeah defo getting cardio in there! I hve a 5k run in Sunday! X

Hahahahaha I used to think that, I actually love it now. For the first 5 mins I think oh god, why did I start this but once I find my pace, I'm fine haha. MUST have music though x

Got a PT session at the gym today, focusing on free weights! :D
 
Just cancelled my weight watchers subscription, not paying £20 a month to be weighed when I'm not following the plan! So ill weigh until it runs out on 1st feb! X
