Lunch: mackerel in tomato sauce

When I get home, ill have some almonds, mixed berries and natural yogurt too as a snack x
 
Your food/diet sounds as high protein as mine :D x

Dinner will be sticky chicken (in the bag) with courgette, mixed peppers and brown rice. I'm going to really have to spice up the dinners! Boring breakfasts and lunches, I can deal with. At least ill have something to look forward to!

Thanks what I'm thinking too!!! The meal I enjoy the most during the day is my evening meal so I will just look forward to that! x
 
I went asda and bought mainly fish for lunch: tuna, mixed seafood selection, crabsticks

I also bought some natural peanut butter as I'm allowed 2tbsp a day (whoooop)

Dinners this week:
The chicken tonight (as mentioned)
Ham and mushroom omelette and salad
Salmon, broccoli, mange tout and baked sweet potato
Sat is cheat meal!!! :D (soooo exciting) Thai green curry with rice and naan bread
Homemade Bolognaise with wholemeal spaghetti
 
With my dinner, my total ww points today would add up to 26pp exactly! 2 weeklies used will be on protein shake later. I'm not actually following points but will put points on here for the food I have as it's in the ww section. X
 
Oh and 10AP earnt from this mental workout I'm doing later ;) x
 
Just goes to show it's not always the calories what we eat but what we eat that helps you lose fat :D

Mine works out at 26pp but is sooo much higher in protein than it would have been before x

Yep exactly!!! Oooooh holland and Barrett sell carb free pasta and noodles :D

lol ok

i know how to follow a body builder diet lol but its so hard and i dont train now.

make sure your getting plenty of supplements in it helps those muscles!!

your gonna look fab xx
 
No, don't do it - I tried it and had pain In sides like gal stones!! Went as soon as I came off it!! X

I am training lots as well as the food part. I'm doing a half marathon in march and it's more about eating right so I'm prepared for that. I'm eating for energy. The guy who wrote the diet up is a qualified trainer and nutritionist, so ill see how I go. Scary though that eating this way could do that.... Eeeeek x
