Dinner will be sticky chicken (in the bag) with courgette, mixed peppers and brown rice. I'm going to really have to spice up the dinners! Boring breakfasts and lunches, I can deal with. At least ill have something to look forward to!
Just goes to show it's not always the calories what we eat but what we eat that helps you lose fat
Mine works out at 26pp but is sooo much higher in protein than it would have been before x

I went asda and bought mainly fish for lunch: tuna, mixed seafood selection, crabsticks
I also bought some natural peanut butter as I'm allowed 2tbsp a day (whoooop)
Dinners this week:
The chicken tonight (as mentioned)
Ham and mushroom omelette and salad
Salmon, broccoli, mange tout and baked sweet potato
Sat is cheat meal!!! (soooo exciting) Thai green curry with rice and naan bread
Homemade Bolognaise with wholemeal spaghetti
