ProPoints Tano's back...

Just been to do the food shop. Dinners will be as follows:
Tonight: cheat meal(chicken fajitas) tht we didn't get to eat at the weekend

Tuesday: chilli with brown rice

Wednesday: mozz/Tom salad with pastrami

Thurs: steak n salad

Fri: chicken in bacon with baked sweet potato, babycorn n sugar snap peas
 
Rest day today as gym is shut! And cheat meal from last week to have. I've felt STARVING all day, think it because I've been off work and it's cold.
Today: bacon omelette

Almonds
Cockles
Crabsticks
An orange
Tbsp peanut butter

Fajitas for dinner I think x

Food is as planned earlier. I now do private tuition on a Tuesday so I'm going to have to call Tuesdays my rest day, and train in a Friday. This is fine but I'm pissed because I had to have yesterday off because of snow and gym being shut. Plus yesterday was cheat meal day meaning I feel like a fat cow :( xxx
 
Morning :D

I've made a decision to come off MFP as I've started focusing in calories too much. I should be focusing on listening to my body to refuel like in the beginning and focusing on keeping my eating clean alongside my training. MFP has taken this away and is making me feel deprived if I go over. Yesterday is a perfect example; I have a large bowl of porridge every morning, with honey. Brazil nuts, mackerel and rocket, then a bowl of chilli, no rice and MFP is telling me I'm 300kcals over. So I spent all day yesterday feeling s*** and fat because I felt like I'd over eaten. So decision made, MFP removed!!!

You know whats best for your mindset hun and your so in the zone :)

Im using it to see what im eating and exercise as this is new to me :p trying not to look at the cals though if it starts playing with my mind ill probs follow suit!

That's exactly what I'm like! I start by sticking to 1200 cals but by the end of the day I'm starving so eat crap n then feel guilty for going over n end up eating even more! no more mfp for me either. X x
 
Wooooo hooooo laters stupid MFP!!! Hahaha

A guy at work birthday today and I had a small slice of his cake, was so nice!!! No big cheat meal for me later in the week now!!! In making a home made jalfrezi instead :)
 
Or not..... Just having my tbsp peanut butter with a cup of tea xxx
