ProPoints Tano's back...

Morning :D

Gonna do my measurements in a bit so will update. I've got a 5 mile race tomoz so today is a bit of a carb refeed day so I'm stocked up for tomorrow. No exercise either as I need to feel strong tomoz. I'm going Pilates first, before the run as I find that makes a massive difference. I've just had a wholemeal bacon sandwich with a light spread of ketchup-no butter ad a coffee. I'm making a home made chicken balti tonight and ill have brown rice too so I'm well prepped for tomorrow. Only 5 weeks till my half marathon eeeeeekkkkkkkk x

I have had wholemeal sandwich with bacon n brown sauce, also having rogan josh with brown rice for t! Although I can't match u on the exercise front! Need to get my ass in gear there! X

Well I'm another 2 inches down meaning I've lost 9lbs and 6 inches since jan 2nd.

Well I'm not at a gym anymore but once this snow has thawed I'll b pounding the streets! X
 
Oh my goddddd I made the best curry ever last night, all with allowed foods and all low fat. It was a chicken and spinach balti; absolutely gorgeous!!! Up early to eat porridge as I'm going Pilates then have a 5 mile run. Home, get ready and then off to mum n dads for a lovely lamb roast dinner. Can't wait :) x

Run was really good. Creamy chicken spinach balti recipe

Marinade chicken in:
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic
Juice of 1 lime
Greek yogurt

After an hour, fry an onion and 3/4 chopped tomatoes, add the chicken n marinade an a small tub of creme fraiche
Summer for about 15 mins and add coriander and the spinach at the end. Cool until spinach wilts :)
 
Soooo today....

Pilates followed by a 70 minute run non stop.
Porridge with Kara milk n honey

Almonds
Protein shake
2 squares of Lindt 90%

Roast lamb n veg (left all carbs, didn't touch any)
Jam sponge n custard (2pm dinner)

Just had 1tbsp peanut butter and an orange
 
Hahaha a long time before I waste away chick!!! I have just tried on loads of summer clothes and they are literally all hanging off me, they're massive!!!! I'm so so so happy :D a lovely little boost x
 
Hey lovelies :)

After my double sesh yesterday I'm having a rest day today an am going Pilates tomorrow. So swapping the rest day around. I'm so shattered and am so hungry, I can't wait until 9pm to eat lol. So today's food:
Porridge/Kara milk/honey

Almonds
2 boiled egg salad

Chicken in a maggi bag, courgette, peppers, baked sweet potato, sugar snap peas n baby corn
Natural yogurt and honey
