Gonna do my measurements in a bit so will update. I've got a 5 mile race tomoz so today is a bit of a carb refeed day so I'm stocked up for tomorrow. No exercise either as I need to feel strong tomoz. I'm going Pilates first, before the run as I find that makes a massive difference. I've just had a wholemeal bacon sandwich with a light spread of ketchup-no butter ad a coffee. I'm making a home made chicken balti tonight and ill have brown rice too so I'm well prepped for tomorrow. Only 5 weeks till my half marathon eeeeeekkkkkkkk x
I have had wholemeal sandwich with bacon n brown sauce, also having rogan josh with brown rice for t! Although I can't match u on the exercise front! Need to get my ass in gear there! X
