Last night I had sundried tomatoes and anchovies as a starter and then 2 more squares of dark choc.
Up at 6:30 today to eat porridge as I've got a long run at 9am. Feeling really anxious about it after my crap run the other day! I just hope thi is a much better one!

Not sure ill have lunch, depends wht time dinner is. Dinner is sausage casserole, sweet potato mash and veg. No dessert for me, I'll eat my chocolate instead. Lol x
