ProPoints Tano's back...

Lunch was chicken (ready cooked at Asda) with rocket an tomatoes. Had 2 diet cokes today, 2 squares 90% choc and a fruit pot

Dinner is salmon in garlic butter, sweet potato mash an veg x
 
Last night I had sundried tomatoes and anchovies as a starter and then 2 more squares of dark choc.
Up at 6:30 today to eat porridge as I've got a long run at 9am. Feeling really anxious about it after my crap run the other day! I just hope thi is a much better one!

Not sure ill have lunch, depends wht time dinner is. Dinner is sausage casserole, sweet potato mash and veg. No dessert for me, I'll eat my chocolate instead. Lol x
 
Oh an I've stuck to my lent deprivation: no coffee/no cakes x

Almost got some Percy pigs but didn't lol. Dinner is sausage casserole, sweet potato mash n veg. :)
I'm shattered now; just watching more 4 all day long lol xxx
 
Been good today!!! Declined lemon meringue pie, Percy pigs, cakes at my nan's!!!! Been a tough day hahaha x
 
Up early for a blood test, just had scrambled egg, was disgusting lol!!! X
 
I have to fancy it to eat it, I thought I did.... I didn'thaha! Going to a gym class this morning at 09:30, gotta book some house viewings and then I'm going to a different gym on a free pass with my mate later. I'm going to try and get lots of fitness in this week on my week off. X
 
Just weighed and it said 10st 1. I usually weigh before breakfast so I've either lost a pound or I'm really 10st. I like to believe the latter hahaha!!! I might double check tomoz BEFORE breakfast x
