Dinner was beaut and because I had so many little bits, it felt like I had loads. I've got sausage casserole at my sisters tomorrow. Well nice! Friends brought doritos and dips but we were all so stuffed, they didn't get opened! Yay! I wouldn't have had any anyway.
I'm going to set myself the challenge of using no weeklies next week x
 
Oh god,i can never resist chip and dip,no matter how stuffed I am! Glad dinner went well,was awake with ds at 3 am and tummy was rumbling away. Spending too many points on rubbish instead of filling food.

I'm awake SO early! Went to bed late too! I'm going gym this afternoon. It makes sense for me to go on my way to my sisters. Here's my food plan:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs (4)
Tea

Dinner: sausage casserole, mash and green beans (13)

Milk (3)

Leaves 9 left

Activity = 15 mins x-training (4)
20 mins treadmill (incline) (1)
15 mins cycling (hill) (2)

I'm the same, gonna try and snack less next week. Should be easier as im back at work!!! X
 
I had to swap my breakfast today as there's no bloody eggs! :(
So, I had 2 White toast with low fat spread which takes me to 7PP left for the day. I'll try and save those for later as dinner will be early today x
 
Tomorrow: back to work, back to routine and back to evening weigh in eeeek!!!
Breakfast: porridge made with milk and sultanas (10) high, but keeps me full

Lunch: ainsley harriott hot & sour cup soup (1)
Peach activa (2)

Milk allowance (2)

Tomato & mozzarella salad (6)

Leaves 8 left which I'll probably use on drinks and a low fat dessert as I'm trying not to snack.

Goal 1: no weeklies used
Goal 2: no snacking
Goal 3: lose 2lbs
 
Hi Tano, hope you don't mind me saying but I'm a bit concerned about your no weeklies goal this week. I just wanted to say coz you do loads of exercise but when I first started WW I wasn't very well and couldn't exercise and I had good losses without eating my weeklies. I got better though about 5 weeks in and hit the exercise hard but didn't touch my weeklies and had continuos STS! People then told me to eat my weeklies all the time I'm doing lots of exercise, so I do now and have been getting good losses.

I know everyone's different and this works differently for people and it's trial and error, I just think your doing fab and I was just a bit worried.

Oh really??? No I really appreciate it. To be honest, I probably won't be at the gym much next week as I'm back at work, it will probably only be at the weekend. I'll see how I go. Thanks x
 
Cool, try it. Then you'll know what works for you. I got so disheartened when I wasn't loosing so people on here said my body obviously needed more fuel.
Like I said were all different, good luck I can't wait to see how you do :)

Had a gorgeous sausage casserole! Am well and truly stuffed! Had a mini bag of haribo after with the nephew and now the weeklies are gone! Got quite a bit of work done today and now I'm just lazing around for a few hours until I get back to some more work :(
I am looking forward to going back though, can't wait to meet my new classes and th old ones too! X
 
Mmm sausage cas! Well hope you've enjoyed ur all your weeklies! I've eat about 25 of mine, hoping it stays that way till wi! oh had a domino's americano pizza ton. had a tiny taste of it, was so delicious! talk about torture! X
 
My mom's making beef casserole for dinner tomorrow night,can't wait for a proper dinner. First day back at school- wish me luck!!

Primary school- 10 and 11 year olds this year. They're a lovely class and I'm job sharing so it's great really
