Haven't counted any points today as I simply haven't had time. Fresh start tomoz! Hope everyone's well!
Tomoz: tues

Breakfast: porridge with sultanas and maple syrup = 8

Lunch: granary roll with coronation chicken and lettuce =9
Apple =0
banoffee bar =2

Break: coffee (milk)=2

Dinner: tomato and mozzarella salad = 6

Total 28/29 used

Lunch: carrot batons with low fat houmous
Apple and satsumas =6

Milk/drinks =2

Dinner: low fat Kiev, roasted parsnips and carrots with broccoli
Mullerlight and cereal bar =13

Thursdays plan:

Porridge/sultanas/maple syrup =8

Chilli houmous/ carrot sticks/ nectarine/ vitality cereal bar =8

Chicken in fajita mix with peppers and corn on the cob =6

Leaving some left for some nibbly treats haha x
 
Diary looks good tan! I'm hoping the treadmill is fixed when I go back to my oh, feel so much better when I do exercise! Xx

I'm doing no exercise until the weekend, I'm bloody drained haha x
 
Don't blame ya! Mine Won't b till wk end either, unless it's still broke, then none at all xx
