Tomorrows plan:

Breakfast: banana and mullerlight =2
milk allowance: =3

Break: quavers and mini roll =5
(it's cake day on a Friday and I'm buying these so I can point them!)

Lunch: tuna in balsamic vinegar =2
nectarine =0

Dinner: sausage casserole, mash and veg =17

Amazing I can have all that for 29 points! X
 
Morning how are you? I'm day 3 on ww pro points trying to stick it out lol I've just had fruit museli 100g for brekkie then silly me looks for points afterwards and it's 10 pro points :) god I need to plan the night before like you haha.

Does that sound right to you? So 50g would be 5pp?

Its generally 1pp per 10g of any cereals. 100g is a lot, are you sure it was 100g? A serving size is typically 30 or 40g. Think we've all made mistakes like this once or twice anyway hon, stick to it! ;) x

yep defo 100g lol weighed it out i did say to myself iy looks alot but still ate it alllllll lol. so yep 10pp wasted on cereal :)

im finding fine so far Tano and enjoying it to.x
 
Awwww man TOTM kills me, plus it's always carbs and junk I totally crave. I put 0.5lb this week because of it, not bad tho I swear if I'd let myself it could've been at least 3lbs!!

I'm due on my totm. And I'm STARVING lol. I'm like a bottomless pit and nothing satisfies me at all. Think its just comfort eating for the pain or summit. I went over today too, used 6 weeklies so far... And its weigh in tomorrow. Uh oh! X

Thanks ladies, glad to know it not just me being a greedy pig hahaha! I added two Yorkshire puddings to my dinner so I've now gone over by 16pp today. Oh well! X

No gym at all this weekend, gonna be bloody working most of it :( x
 
Toasted banana sandwich,sounds unusual!have a good weekend hardly done any exercise this week myself,compared to last weeks and next week I'm back at college so can't see the exercise getting any better lol xx
 
Work sucks sometimes doesn't it. Ruins everything lol. Actually, I haven't even had 1 whole week off since christmas last year. So yeah. And I had to work 3 of the bank holidays this year too. I neeeeed a holiday!

Me and OH went out and had a brunch (cooked breakfast, but at midday) and it has totalled up to a whopping 20 points lol x
 
Totm has totally thrown me off the use no weeklies idea! Yesterday I had tomato soup for dinner (as I had the brunch) a yogurt and a cereal bar. I looked after my nephew last night so we walked to the shop and bought some sweets to eat during X factor. I had a pic n mix but put only about 10 sweets in it, rather than my usual 50 hahaha.

OH came back from the arsenal game with a BBQ chicken dominos pizza and I resisted. Didn't even have a nibble so I feel really pleased about that.

So, I think I only have about 15 weeklies left, but I won't use them if I don't need them. Going to the in-laws today for a roar chicken dinner and I can't wait!!! Hopefully with a little pavlova dessert (she knows we lov this)

Going to have a couple of boiled/scrambled eggs for breakfast an wait until dinner to eat again which is at about 2pm. Then off to do more bloody work! Happy Sunday people xxx
 
It's hard when it's totm, you've done well not to go over ur weeklies, I was due on last wk n I went over mine! you did well not having any domino's pizza aswell :)
I had domino's last night, prob about 50 pp after pizza , chicken bites n wedges :-/ , don't really think it was worth all the extra points either! Wish I'd just had a curry pot pizza at half the points! I'm not optimistic for wi wed now :-( . Back on it tod tho, gonna try n have as little as poss! Haha
