Think I just hate the whole lack of exercise thing!!! Making me feel fat, disgusting and down!!! I want to be back to my peak!!!
 
2 hour fitness event today! :) starts at 9am. Just had some Brazil nuts and a cup of tea. Didn't get up early enough for porridge. Did a 4 mile run last night and it was awesome :) felt so good.
Weighed this morning at 10st 2 which is great as it means from the exercise I did this week, I'm building the muscle loss up a bit. I knew the 10st1 weight earlier in the week would be due to a lack of exercise and the illness, so I'm really happy. That's a 4lb loss still since last week :D xxx
 
I'm so excited about food shopping later too (loser)

So today I only managed to have some nuts for breakfast. Just did 2 hours fitness fiesta and went food shopping. Had a glorious skinny soup, gotta check syns and 2 squares dark choc x

A lot of exercise this weekend tho so hopefully it will not be too damaging on Monday! My weight will probs be right up tho!!!
