Tan's WW diary....Again

Chilli peppers today :)

Went legs, bums n tums class at 9am, had 2 boiled eggs on granary toast then prawn salad with a roll (dry and wholemeal)

Now for vodka..........................................................

Thanks lovely. Had a wardrobe nightmare today. My clothes are TIGHT!!!!!! I must pereservere. Cambridge is always in my head now and I need to stop using it as the alernative. Need to change my habits and my ways

Definitely. It's not a quick fix!!! You need to get into the 'this is forever' mindset. We can get there you and me. Just gotta keep pushing. Remember tonight and straight back to it tomorrow. Don't let a night off turn into a day and a half.... Xxx
 
I won't! I feel so much better when I'm exercising. I'd love to be one of those really disciplined eaters who eats all the right food and trains hard, I have NEVER got the balance right. On CD i don't exercise but the scales go down and when I exercise, the scales stick, but my inches go down. I just want to be happy, it's a nightmare

So would i lol. Although I'd rather be one of those people who can eat what they want and not gain at all lol.

We just gotta do the best we can. The scales are just numbers its how you feel that ultimately matters. I don't think cd is right for you. Not now anyway you're not far from goal and have lots to fit in. I think with a little dedication this will really work for you! It's the social bits that seem to knock you off. That and the daily weighing ;) lol. Hope it doesn't seem like I'm lecturing cause I'm not meaning to. Xxx

Nope I doing it from home for now. Struggle to fit classes in with kids so gonna see how I get on but will find one if i start struggling! How you doing back on cd? X

Im ok lost 2 lbs today so 5 in total in 2 weeks.. starting 1000 plan monday for 7 weeks then 2 weeks on 1200.. i cant cope with the lower plans anymore.

Are u on 1000plan ATM? x

Have been although moving to ww now so paying less attention to cd and just starting to introduce other foods slowly. I tend to think once done step 3 for a week or two it only becomes about calories anyway? Step 4 says 'ideas' for 200 cal lunch etc. I just need and ready for a little more flexibility iykwim x ww 26pp is about 1000 Cals anyway and with weeklies takes to just over 1200 x
 
Morning chicks....or is it aftrnoon hahaha. Had a fab day/night at the gig. DIDN'T eat anything at the concert and I was really tempted by all the burgers chips and other food stalls. Drank quite a bit of vodka and a couple of beers. When I got in, I had a bag of crisps and a cookie before bed, but to be fair, it did take me 2 hours to walk home in the pissin down rain!!! We went for a cooked breakfast this morning, not having lunch but we have an Asda pizza for dinner. Not too worried about the oints today, I'm not going to be going mental in between the meals tho, thats all I'll have. Hope youre all having a fab day x
 
Oh and I resisted a Burger king on the way home. They all got one and I carried on walking hahaha. Small changes hey!!! x
