Tan's WW diary....Again

Thanks hunny!!! Feeling very determined after stepping on those scales. Now the hen weekend is out of the way, I can focus on this 100%. How u getting on? x
 
Changing my goal to a more realistic target too of 9st 11 as I'll never be able to maintain a low weight of 9st 7!!! Let's face it, I've never got there. At 9st 11 on cambridge, I looked fine I think too :)

Always good to pick a weight that you know will work for you :0)
 
Morning all!!! Hope you're all good. been gym this morning, did a class with weights,, so it always starts me off in the right mindset. There's a yoga class on tomoz t 8am so I might see if I can get up for that too.
Today I've had a banana and coconut yogurt for breakfast. The yogurt works out at a whopping 8 points!!!! WTF!!! It's soooooo nice tho. Meen using MFP to log my cals for the day. I prefer that to point counting to be honest. Not sure what food I'm having for the rest of the day. May have a thai red curry x

It was an Asda one, not low fat!!! Went out for dinner last night, had bbq chicken wings, followed by a calamari ceaser salad with 2large glasses of red. We got a DVD out and I had 12 peanut M&M's. Why I bothered counting them out, I don't know hahahaha. Needless to say, I didn't get up for yoga. Started the day with special k red berries :)
 
Roast lamb dinner with apple crumble is almost here............................................

Ah ok. Lots of points!!! How many points was the food last night? Calamari nice? Never behead it x
 
My scales are absolutely eff'd at home so on Sat I'm going to weigh in at Boots. So from Sat, my WI day will be every Saturday x

apple
smoked sausage (reduced fat) salad
white chocolate jazzies
maggi paprika chicken with courgette, peppers and onion

one hour circuit class :)
