Tan's WW diary....Again

Hi, ok. I've been gym LOADS and am hurting sooooo much. Been trying to eat relatively well. Not been counting/tracking, just doing my own thing at the moment. I get too stressed out and think about food constantly when I am, so I've been watching what I eat and doing loads of classes. Hen weekend this weekend whooooop!!! :)
 
Hen weekend was amazing!!! can't wait to eat some healthy food haha
 
Thanks. Had a prawn and avocado salad for dinner with a tomato flatbread. Going to plan tomoz meals now, using points

WHOLEMEAL ROLL WITH HAM N PICKLE =6
ACTIVIA YOGURT =3
SALMON IN BUTTER/NEW POTATOES AND MANGETOUT/BABYCORN =11

TOTAL =25PP No exercise.......maybe x

Change of plan for today, going to pizza express for dinner now. Had toast n marmite for breakfast too. Oh well. Not had anything naughty tho x
 
Pizza was soooooo delish!!!
Had Alpen porridge =5 (incl milk)
Lunch: W'meal roll with lettuce andlow fat cheese n onion deli filler = 6
Dinner: Salmon/butter/pots/mangetout and babycorn = 11
Handful of nuts/fruit =4
 
Today is going to be a fresh start for me. 100% until holiday. reset stats and signature and am horrified to say I weigh 10st 8!!!!!! :(
