I do wear exactly the same thing! It's logical really though, to get an accurate reading you HAVE to wear the same otherwise a gain could be due to heavier clothes etc. That's why people who weigh at home generally weigh naked!

Thats me, completely in my birthday suit every Friday morning!! Not a sight for the faint hearted :giggle:

(and it's not sad weighing clothes, I used to wear exactly the same thing every week when I did weight watchers including earrings just in case it made a difference!!)

MrB once caught me weighing my bra, cos i wanted to know if wired or unwired made a difference!! He told me i need to get out more!!

I actually picked my current 'uniform' by testing all my wardrobe til I found the lightest outfit!
