Yeah the little one is quite tiring as he is constantly moving around and if you stop he grizzles! They are both great kids though and the best thing is I can give them back at the end of the visit!

Right well I am going back to work properly today and I'm really not in the mood! I just can't seem to find the motivation, probably because I haven't really properly worked for the last 4 months and now it's going to feel like such hard work!

I know just what you mean Taz. Little ones are SO tiring but the rewards are wonderful. My grandsons are fantastic kids too - always on the go x

The older one has developed a real cheeky streak which is just adorable and he says the funniest things. And it was really nice of my gran to point out that my sister was lucky to have a family of her own so she wouldn't be lonely when she is older! I will choose NOT to take that as a snipe at the fact I haven't sprogged up yet!

Had a real yummy free dinner tonight - spaghetti and meatballs SW style! I used the Quorn swedish style balls and a tin of chopped tomato with garlic, cooked the balls in the microwave then added them to the tomatoes simmering in the frying pan. Served up on top of loads of spaghetti. This was followed by a banana and custard ice lolly. All free on green, very filling and yummy

Typical, thinking too much about food to update on everything else! I went to work today only to find that the job they had given to me was someone elses and I ended up sitting spare and watching daytime TV all morning! They don't have any work for me tomorrow or Friday and they only have a late shift for me on Thursday which I really don't like! Ah well, can't complain too much I guess, it's all overtime!

lol..... dinner sounded lush.... work sounds great... wish i could get paid for watching daytime TV!!!!

It looks like it might be happening more often now as they have taken on way too many staff but the worst thing is that there isn't a lot of overtime available now either!

All that training, Taz - to watch daytime TV? Ahh.... I know, you're helping Jeremy Kyle sort out world peace. That'll be it! x

I love Jeremy Kyle, he tells it like it is! I had tickets to go in the audience on his show but I couldn't go cus I didn't have the cash for a b&b at the time! I went to see Trisha and that was good. They cut out loads for the tv, sometimes the most exciting parts!

Anyway day off today and I'm going to see if I can get up to post number 4000! Who say's I don't have goals?!?!?!

Right well after yet another falling out with my scales yesterday we have had a temporary truce this morning. I'm still not forgiving the things they said but we can work on that.

I think I may avoid WI tonight as the numbers are just too high right now!

Hi Taz - Glad to hear those BAD scales are being nice to you at last. I think you should forgive and forget and be friends again - after all, you and those naughty scales are going to be together for a long time and you don't wanna be arguing all the time - that's just no fun x

I know Gem but they aren't really being nice yet! We will talk more throughout the day and I may forgive them later!

Im fine. My scales are starting to play the game too. Almost evicted the extra lbs squatting there from the weekend - good thing too, got enough of my own without extra unwelcome lbs coming to stay. Now all I have to do is evict the last squatter and start chucking out some more of the long term residents x

 

[Taz]

I have about 10 squatters at the moment that moved in when I got married and are doing a really good job of claiming squatters rights! Trouble is, when I evict one they come back but bring their friends with them!

How rude Taz! What do they think they are, legitamate essential lbs or something? x

It's kinda looking that way! I think I might have to do a mass eviction sometime soon!
