I had bacon and egg on toast for breakfast instead of pasta and I will have a banana before I go. I'm not so worried about this mornings kickboxing grading but this afternoon is going to be a real challenge. I will report back as soon as I can. Thanks for all your support x

Thanks everyone, I passed my kickboxing grading. It was pretty tough and that was only and hour and a half! I'm just about to tuck into a bowl of pasta then off to the karate one.

It was a little unnerving when I got there and one of the bins had been turned into a sick bowl! One of the girls had to run off to the loo to chuck! That's only the ones doing their black belt gradings though so it's not that bad for me

Im a green belt in JuJitsu..........that was 13 years ago !
I still know a few moves ill have you know!
