Taz's diary - Need to do this!

Ohhh TAZ!!! You numpty......

However, if it's a new chocolate bar that has just been launched then it is offically syn free (but only the first time)...... I tried the kinder bueno thing a few weeks ago but prefer the original ones!

I did also buy loads of fruit for my lunch tomorrow. I have got loads of good food to take into work with me and I'm only going to be there for 7 hours!
 
Off to work in a bit, only a short day today. I am taking in 2 bags of apple slices and grapes, strawberrys melon and kiwi, 2 Alpen light bars, Shapers potato snacks and Shapers nougat bar. I don't think I will need all that today but I'd rather take in too much than not enough

Better to be safe than sorry and if you are hungry you got plenty to chose from rather than reaching for something naughty. have a good day x
 
I came home still with my Shapers bar (which I just ate and it was yummy!), and an Alpen light so I don't think I done too bad. Think I might have potato wedges and eggs for lunch
 
I have made some small changes this week. I have increased my water intake by at least double, I have stopped drinking coffee and replaced that with green tea, and I have been taking my lunch in every day and only had low syn snacks. I have to say, I feel so much better for these small changes
 
I've just been shopping. usually when I go shopping I buy a bar of chocolate but today I got a fruit salad bowl from the salad bar in Sainsbury's instead! I also stocked up on low sugar jelly, Syn free yogurt, Quavers and Wotsits, Boots Shapers bars, Flavoured water and I found a new WW product which I just HAD to try. They have just started doing Strawberries and cream flavour dessert whip (like Angel delight) which is 2 Syns per serving (2 servings per pack)!
 
Well done for making some changes matey. Oh and cooool - do tell me more about the WW deserts, especially the choc ones! xxx
 
The strawberry one was nice but there was a bit of a nasty taste in the back of my mouth, I think it was the sweetner in it. It's definately worth trying though cus everyone's tastes are different. I like the sound of the chocolate and banoffee ones, I will have to look out for those
 
Well done on the changes... I'm jealous of all that lovely food you keep talking about! Ah well, I'll be back on SW with you lot before I know it.

i agree about the taste and i dont know about you but i dont think there is enough for 2 portions but maybe thats why im so big in the first place xx

No I totally agree with you, I had the whole lot! That's why I do SW not WW if they think THAT is a portion size!
 
Well it feels like a complete turnaround from last week. The changes I've made seem to have taken effect and I've never been so 'regular'(!). I weighed on Tuesday night and by Wednesday night I had put on another 3lb as I'd had a major munch-out on Wednesday. Up until yesterday the scales hadn't moved much but today they are showing a good loss. I just have to make sure I don't blow it all today as I am going out for the day with my parents.
 
wow well done honey!! i love my coffee as well but even found I slept better when I cut back to 1 cup a day
 
Well I just got back from my day out with Mr Taz and my mum and dad and I have to say, I didn't do too bad!

We took a trip on a steam train to the seaside and when we were on the train we had a coffee and everyone had biscuits - Except me! I had a coffee, a tea and a litre of sparkling water. We had lunch on the train and I had a cheese and pickle sandwich on brown. Not too bad.

We split from my parents whilst having a look round town and I decided that I needed to get some more water so I went into Somerfield where I got 2 bottles of sparkling water, a pack of fruit salad and a pack of pineapple. I wasn't even tempted to get any sweets chocolate or crisps.

We met up with my parents again and they decided it was time for ice creams. I didn't have one, I just had the flake out of Mr Taz's ice cream. I ate my fruit and drank my water instead!

We took another walk arount the harbour before going back to the train. On the way back I had a cup of tea and my last bottle of water.

On the way home from the station we stopped in a pub for dinner. I had gammon egg and chips. Then everyone decided that we would have dessert. They had already had ice cream at the seaside and I thought I would have been spared dessert, but no! So I sat there while they had more ice cream and I...








... finished off my diet coke!!!
