Hiya hun sorry you got a bad neck. I dont know if you have got one or tried one but what about a tens machine. My friend suffered from sciatica for months and some days couldnt even get up off the sofa through the pain. One of my other friends borrowed her a Tens machine and with in a week of using that the pain was completely gone. You can get them quite cheap now I think Boots do them for £15.

those tens machines are great! i attached my mums on to boyfriends bum and turned it up to full power - he was screaming, his bum cheeks were moving on their own and i was crying with laughter. lol

if you don't get one for pain, get one for a laugh!

Well this morning I am still in lots of pain and will be phoning the doctors soon to get an appointment. I hope it won't last too long

FINALLY got through to the doctors and I got an appointment just after 10 this morning. Hopefully they will tell me it will be fine by tomorrow!
