Hi I am having a green day today and I'm very excited as I get to have my wonderful (if I say so myself) Qourn Cottage Pie. Yummy. have also despatched the bf to get yogs and fruit so we can have a real feast later.

Hi couscous, tell us you're recipe for Quorn cottage pie, sounds lovely. xxx
 
All I do for a Quorn cottage pie is put a bag of Quorn mince in a frying pan, sprinkle on an Oxo cube and add a tin of chopped tomatoes with garlic. I cook some mixed veg and when it is all done I mix the veg in with the mince and pour some gravy on top. Then put in a dish and top off with mash. You can freeze it too
