I am hoping for a 3lb loss this month - have 3 more weigh ins before I go on holiday and I would like to be at the lower end of my target before then

I'm like that sometimes, make it up as i go along. Don't know if you like Quorn, but iv'e just had Quorn sweet chilli sausages and they were lovely, really tasty and they are syn-free.
For my tea i'm having Quorn mince with passata, mushrooms, onions and red peppers with a sprinkling of chilli powder. xxx Loobylou

Where do you get the sausages from??? They sound lush as does your tea!! I going to try the pizza! Do you know if tomato puree is free?

Hi Willkat, sorry only just replied, it's been a bit mad at the mo. The Quorn sausages were from Asda and they are really tasty. I don't think tomato puree is free.i will try and check for you. hope you're ok? xxx Loobylou

tomato puree is free - it used to have a sin value, but it not longer does.

Hi everyone, sorry not here much things horrible at the moment, My Auntie had not been to well lately, she died early hours on Sunday morning, we weren't there but got there just after. We were very close, she looked over us when my mum died. I will miss her so much.

Thanks guys, this is such a great forum to be a member of, full of such nice people. She was ill for a short time so it came as a shock, she was a great woman, always there if she was needed. Just got to get through the funeral on Monday. Thanks again. xxx Loobylou
