My first weigh-in for the Team 50 Christmas 2022 challenge will be next Monday. I am 44.2lbs down on 22/3/21 - 3st2.2lb 13.87% lost - a shocking 8lbs up from Christmas 2021 feasting. So some of the Christmas 2021 50lbs loss reversed. A good warning of how fast I can gain when not paying attention.

I am starting at 274.4lbs -19st 8.4lb. BMI: 44.3. Target loss 50lbs by Christmas 2022.

That will leave a final 36.4lbs to my goal of 13 stone. I want to be size 14-16 and reduce my waist from 44 7/8 inches 114cm to less than 33 inches - 84cm.

I hear you on the Christmas gain, I find it's the sneaky little bits, chocolates and snacks rather than big meal offenders.

It's odd. No sneaky bits here as just the two of us. Yes - some more chocolate than usual - and a bit higher carbs. And roast potatoes, some bread, and alcohol. I also wasn't as focused on the protein and having a clear 14 hours or more fasting overnight. Still 2.4lbs down overnight ... so that's a thing!

Well last week sees me gain 4lbs, due to circumstances I have had to eat some less than healthy choices. I tried to choose what I deemed the healthiest So hopefully I can lose the gains this forth coming weeks. not a great start to this challenge
