Exactly like you say don’t let it demotivate you or derail it’s 1lb which could be hormonal or anything but completely know that feeling of frustration if you have been spot on all week Onwards and upwards to the next week draw a line under it and keep going xxxMy weigh in this morning is a very undeserved 1lb up at 16st 8lbs. I now need to ignore this and not let it demotivate or derail me.
